I watched Odyssey last night and one of the songs reminded me of this

Haven't played since the game came out. But the OST is absolutely beautiful. Perfect for pottering about your house in the morning.

Looking for work in Ballina area in Mayo

I'm kinda desperate here. I'm a sole trader Gardener I was doing really well the past two years. I suffered a back injury at the end of last year and now that my back is recovered I can't seem to get new customers and most of my old customers have moved on.

The bills are piling up and I need any work. I've sent out my CV and applied everywhere I can think of and nothing is coming back.

Just pointing me in the right direction would be great or if you have some short term manual labour work I'd be more than happy to do that.

Went out for a pint in Mayo today and met these lads

Very nice lads and actually really good musicians they should be listened to by more people

This is how I Meditate

On the tick there was a rash

A rare rash, a rattlin' rash

And the rash on the tick

And the tick on the louse

And the louse on the hair

And the hair on the worm

And the worm on the feather

Feather on the bird

Bird in the egg

Egg in the bird

Bird in the nest

Nest on the limb

Limb on the branch

Branch on the tree

And the tree in the hole

And the hole in the bog

And the bog down in the valley-o

Any idea what this could be and what is it doing? On an island on a lake in the west of Ireland.

Sorry about the quality. It did this dive 4 or 5 times. I happened to be live streaming at the time so I got video. It was about 30cm ish and looked to be a dark colour but it was wet.

My best bet is something in the weasel family I'm guessing a stoat. Any idea I'll see if I can find a better video later if needed.

Advice on waves in a large lake

I went out today on what the weather app said was a calm clear day.

It was very windy and there were a lot of waves on the lake so I went against the current so the return would be easier. I also stuck to the edge and shallow so I can tip out water.

I have a few questions:

Waves: Should I just avoid kayaking in waves or is there something I can do to help?

Ballast: I usually go out with my dog so she weighs down the front today I used a bag of stones. Is there a better option?

And any other tips you may have.
