Opositora primeriza

Gracias.

Hi. I’ve been working as social/paid media for a year and these are my results:

- Managed and scaled a multi-channel digital strategy, growing a community of +15.6K followers and positioning Instagram as the leading organic channel for brand awareness and engagement.

- Generated +1.9M organic/social impressions and +12.6K interactions through the planning and execution of consistent content strategies (+323 published posts) focused on visibility, community growth, and local traffic.

- Designed, executed, and optimized Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, achieving +2.88M impressions and +60K clicks, with highly efficient CPC performance starting from ~€0.08 on Meta Ads.

- Strengthened local acquisition and brand visibility through local SEO and Google Business Profile strategies, generating +85K impressions and strong commercial-intent engagement in (city).

However, the effort isn’t recognized and I still feel like I didn’t achieve anything for myself, as most work has gotten done by the graphic designer and strategised by a brand strategist. I’m thinking of leaving this job and searching for another (three months looking without success) and/or pivoting as well, as social media is draining me.

Have you pivoted to any other area? Do you think I’m a good fit for social media?

Hello.

I’m explaining my situation so I can seek help or advice of any type.

I’ve been working as a social media manager/content creator/email marketer/graphic designer/video editor for a year now at a local telecom company (small-medium).

I’m burned out. From the toxic environment with my boss, from the endless complainings, and from the job as it is. I don’t know, but social media is exhausting. More if I’m pressed to develop scripts, create content, record it, edit it, analyze results and trends continually, be chronically online. I’m 26 and I’m kinda fed up, but on the other side, I feel as if it’s my toxic boss and the tension and stress I assume, that I’m feeing like this, because when I consume content in my free time, I feel good, I like it, and I want to become a content creator for myself.

Is it only like this in my company? The telecom sector? Is there any other specialization I could pivot to, less draining mentally?

Any kind of advice is welcomed.

Hi. I’d like to ask a question.
I’ve been working in marketing for a year now, after being laid off with 10 months of experience in UX. Two months ago, I started applying to other jobs(work environment is toxic and want to get out asap)

Thing is, I may have sent around 100 - 150 applications, but never tailored any of them. Just my experience (I’d gladly share privately to improve it). From those, I got like 5 interviews and got to the last phase in two of them.

The low success is due to not tailoring it? Or maybe academics? I’m applying to mostly marketing when my bachelor is in Fine Arts and UX.

Thanks.

Buenas tardes.

Vengo a preguntar y comentar mi situación.

¿Qué me aconsejáis?
