My hair is officially thinner than it’s ever been before in my life and I am working on fixing it. Please give me all your tips. I am eating a maintenance mode calories so no more restricting, if anything I’ll be eating more because I’m working on TONING my body this year. My hair is long, dry, weak/brittle. It’s giving ozempic hair and I’ve never even taken ozempic. UGH. I’ve also resorted to cutting my own hair from now on because I’m too insecure to go to the salon. Whenever they cut it they cut too much. I brush my hair properly, I hydrate, I quit drinking over 40 days ago for good, I shampoo every 2ish days, no supplements though.

My cycle day average is 33 fucking days. But closer to 35 in recent years. Today my period finally started on cycle day 37. On top of it all I have PMDD so yeah 😃🔫.
But I’m just wondering, do any of you have super long cycles? I’ve been this way for years now. I’ve only had a 28 day cycle a handful of times in the last 7ish years… is this normal for women with eating disorders? Both of my sisters cycles are 28 days on the dot every month, and they have regular/healthy bodies and I don’t think they EVER have had an ED. At least not long term.
Considering getting this for my mom sometime this year. Is it long lasting? Is it any good? She loves rose scents.

Measure with your heart. I usually mix the canned chicken (about 1/2 the large can) with 1 tbsp of sugar free bbq sauce first. Then I put 1tbsp of bbq sauce onto the pizza (after toasting it in the toasted oven at 400 for two minutes) then add cheese, chicken, banana peppers. Bake for 6-8 minutes at 400. It’s incredible.
Needless to say I left with a pair of pajamas and a new bra. What would you snatch off the shelf? I was considering the D&G Light blue EDT not gonna lie.
That pizza is Joseph’s pita bread, SF bbq sauce, canned chicken, jalapenos, and low-fat mozzarella. Boiled eggs, celery with 2 different types of hummus, and dark chocolate. We split everything as we like & those eggs are for eating as a snack throughout the week. We boil like 25 eggs every week using a dash egg cooker, it comes in very clutch! Oh and seltzer water is always a staple 🫶 k byeeeee

Why is cranberry juice so fucking hard to drink.
I mean like the physical sensation of even standing inside of church. Like it just wasn’t it for me. Especially as I grew up and felt it more and more. By age 13 I couldn’t stand the feeling and just never fucking returned 😂. My mom would be banging on my bedroom door begging me to come to church with them every Sunday for like 6 months straight and I still was like, nah. Something just felt off. It was every single church I’ve ever stepped into.
