who is good for chronic joint pain and possible RA in Indianapolis?

Indy folks, has anyone found a rheumatologist who is good with chronic joint pain and possible autoimmune issues? I’m trying to understand what a real rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis should include, not just “take NSAIDs and see what happens.” Would you recommend IU Health, Community, private practices, or somewhere else? Who actually listened and gave you a clear plan?

Money management app that makes recurring expenses easier to plan around?

I'm pretty disciplined with spending and rarely go over budget anymore. The problem is recurring annual expenses like insurance, memberships and holiday spending still sneak up on me because they're spread across different accounts. Looking for something that makes planning for those easier instead of just showing me transactions after they happen. What are people using?

best aeo tools

Im putting together a short list of tools for AI visibility tracking. Right now I've narrowed things down to Brand Radar, Profound, and Semrush, even though a few others look decent. Mainly want something with super clear insights that's also easy to setup and explain

Planning Halloween mini sessions: how early do you guys order your backdrops?

I'm thinking about offering a few Halloween mini sessions this year and I'm trying to figure out how far ahead I should actually be planning the setup.

I've been looking at a few different Halloween backdrops, but I'm more concerned about how they actually look once they're set up with a real subject and lighting.

Do you guys usually buy seasonal backdrops weeks/months ahead, or just wait until closer to Halloween? And is there anything you look for besides the design like material, wrinkles, how easy they are to store, etc.?

Where do you draw the line between AI companion and therapy? Asking for a friend....

I know there is a major difference between AI companions and therapy, but am not totally clear on the different use cases. Basically trying to understand whether I can get away with talking to a chatbot for cheap, or whether I need to invest in a more robust solution, aka a real life therapist. Has anyone found one more useful than another for certain situations. Background on me: I'm 33 years old and suffering from standard anxiety stuff - up late overthinking, feel like my cortisol is out of control a lot of the time. I usually manage with exercise and talking to friends, but recently I went through a breakup that is making things harder than usual. Would love any advice, tips, words of consolation, etc.

Fountain plume collapsing back into the pool at 1000fps (4K)

Captured at 1000fps, 4K, real capture rate, no interpolation. The plume losing its shape on the way down and shattering into a thousand individual beads before it rejoins the surface is the part worth watching twice.

Messi on his picture with Yamal: “It’s incredible that we’re here today, Lamine and I, facing each other after a photo was taken of us when he was just a baby. Life is full of surprises. We’ll try to play a great match, but I hope he and his team don’t have their best day.”

“Well, Lamine is a fantastic player. I follow him very closely because he plays for a club that I love very much (Barcelona). I always wish him the very best and hope he continues to succeed.

Without a doubt, he is already one of the reference stars in world football, despite being only 19 years old. His entire career is still ahead of him, and he has a great opportunity to achieve something historic. We, as Argentina, will do everything we can to make sure that doesn’t happen this time. But of course, I wish him all the best.”

“It’s incredible that we’re here today, Lamine and I, facing each other after a photo was taken of us when he was just a baby.”

“He is undoubtedly one of the best players in the world right now, and I wish him success because his growth and brilliance are also good for Barcelona.

From our side, we’ll try to play a great match, limit his influence, and prevent him from showing his very best level, even though that’s very difficult.

We’ll do everything we can—not only against him, but against the entire Spain team. They don’t only have Lamine; they have many outstanding players and play excellent football. But we also have our own strengths.”

my posture got worse from desk work, so I tried short koi yoga app sessions and other triggers, here’s what changed

Desk work has slowly turned me into a shrimp lol. But with the help of koi yoga app I have solved this issue in a few weeks. I know it's my bad for not noticing my sitting posture.

Well I notice it, but not that often, that it would have any impact on the current situation.

For some time I thought that it is what it is and what's done, it going to be too hard to fix. But admitting the situation is the first step! Actions follow next. Never thought that the actions will be related to tai chi honestly :D

So yeah, I started from setting my 5min watch reminders that every time I noticed me that it's time to straight up. Funny, but works.. It kinda became my habit in around 10 days and I was able to do it without a watch anymore.

EASY.

Then I thought that I need to try to get my posture back to a regular one, because my neck was tensioning forwards and my back was bent with shoulders leaned forwards - honestly, a horrible case and I am sad that no one told me that before. I mean, I work with other people...

Since it was my researchable topic that time I got an app called koi yoga app and I haven't tried any yoga, tai-chi or anything similar before, but I thought it's worth a try, since the sub was only a few bucks. Believe it or not, I got a bulzeye shot from my very first try and the app fitted my needs perfectly. Plan, personalised workouts, even a meal plan that is simple and does not require any fancy or over specific food. Over 5 weeks into the koi yoga app right now and I feel much, much better. Pain is gone, posture is slightly better, but that is the motivation fuel that I need to continue. Highly recommended.

I somehow ended up with a squad that went 12-0-2 and won the whole thing 🏆

My XI:

🏏 Shubman Gill (GT '23)

🏏 Sanju Samson (CSK '26)

🏏 David Warner ✈️ (SRH '16)

🏏 AB de Villiers ✈️ (RCB '18)

🧤 Ishan Kishan (MI '20)

🏏 Cameron Green ✈️ (MI '23)

🏏Ravindra Jadeja (CSK '24)

🥎 Jasprit Bumrah (MI '21)

🥎 Jofra Archer ✈️ (RR '20)

🥎 Yuzvendra Chahal (RCB '16)

🥎 Arshdeep Singh (PBKS '25)

Result: 12-0-2

Squad Rating: 89.5

🏆 Champions

Individual awards:

🟠 Orange Cap : Shubman Gill — 598 projected runs

🟣 Purple Cap : Jofra Archer — 25 projected wickets

The overseas slots were surprisingly straightforward here. Warner , ABD , Green , and Archer basically picked themselves, but it meant leaving out a few tempting overseas options elsewhere.

The real MVP might have been the balance: Gill and Samson up top, ABD and Warner in the middle, Jadeja as the glue, and a bowling attack of Bumrah, Archer, Chahal, and Arshdeep that looks unfair on paper.

Not sure whether the sim loved the batting depth or the pace attack more, but a projected 12 wins, no losses, and a title is probably the best draft result I've had so far 😅

Think this team wins an IPL season or am I overrating it?
