So often high blood pressure is blamed on bad habits and of course they do play a role. And more focus is needed on refined carbohydrates and insulin resistance rather than just salt. But for women there can also be hormonal factors like PMOS, pregnancy and menopause.

Anyone else eating super healthy but exhausted?

I used to exercise like crazy and eat salad for almost every meal and felt awful. It's important to remember that despite what wellness culture may tell us - us women are at risk of underfueling our bodies and this can have real consequences!
