Guild navigators and melange?
I'm curious; is there any lore around guild navigators having Other Memory? They're literally living in tanks of melange gas, would this not be comparable to going through spicy agony?

So I host an ecstatic dance where we invite people to share songs and playlists, encouraging a diverse array of music coming from any genre of music. Some weeks, I'll build the playlist, but i want something truly unique to spice things up a bit. Instrumental music is preferred, but lyrics are totally ok.
Some of my absolute favorites to add to my playlists are:
Tipper
Dirtwire
Guilhem Desq
Mura Masa
Too Many Zooz
Chapelier Fou
The Trials of Cato
Coubo
Bonobo
Chris Lake
Give me some suggestions! The weirder the better! 😉
So ive been wanting an adventure time tattoo for a while, but most of the tattoos i see lean in the fun, spunky, light hearted, and funny direction. I'm looking for a tattoo of simon and ice king in the style of something modern, natural, abstract, geometric, or even brutalist. Does anyone have any cool tattoos or ideas they'd love to share with me? 😇

I've been a meditator for around 15 years now, and teaching for 5. I have a wide array of tools at my disposal, lived in Buddhist monasteries for over 3 years, and am mainly informed by the direct teachings of the Buddha (the monasteries i lived in were predominately Theravada). However, I've spent a lot of time learning about various traditions, and have learned dozens of forms of meditation.
The class i currently teach walks you through the styles of meditation im familiar with, and teaches students how to develop a practice that makes sense to them.
Now, here's what I need help with: i had an idea a while ago to start posting videos on Tiktok and YouTube. The vidoes would be anywhere from 1-5 minutes long, and would reflect the meditation classes that i already teach (and hopefully encourage more people to show up!). I've never really seen someone do something similar, especially in regards to covering various styles from various traditions and building a practice thats tailored to an individuals needs and interests. I would also want to host consistent live streams that invite people to come meditate with me.
I want to share everything I've learned, and if even one person benefits, that's great! However, the thought of doing this absolutely stresses me out. I have a hard time with commitment, and i know the amount of time, consistency, and effort it would take to foster something like this. I've never seen myself as being an "influencer," and I've never desired having a lot of likes and followers on social media. I hate things like video editing and social media managing, and i hate hearing myself talk. I know the odds of garnering any sort of a following are low, so it all feels like it will ultimately be a lot of stress for no reason.
I recorded a few of my first videos, but never posted or edited them.
My question is: should i push and challenge myself? Is the time and dedication worth it? I enjoy the process of creating the script and the creativity that goes into accommodating a specific format, so its not *all* bad. I see the potential for growth through challenging myself and butting up against my insecurities, but i can do that through other means, too. What are our thoughts, kind strangers?
So I've been seeing somebody who's gluten free, and they would like me to compile a list of all the best places to get a good gluten free 1) meal 2) snack/baked good 3) breakfast. Do yall have any favorite spots in mind?
