We're Listening – Tell Us What Matters Most to You

We're working to build a stronger player community and improve how we engage with customers. Most importantly, we want to hear directly from players.

Whether you're a current customer, former customer, or simply a casual gamer, we'd love to hear your thoughts.

Feedback, suggestions, game recommendations, support experiences, feature ideas, things you'd like to see more of—or less of—it's all welcome.

Comments from the community are regularly reviewed and discussed internally, and we're always looking for ways to improve.

No topic is off limits. If you've ever wanted to tell a gaming company what they're doing right, what they're doing wrong, or what they could do better, we'd love to hear it.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

Looking for Casual Gamers to Share Their Favourite Games

We’ve been thinking a lot lately about how much casual gamers contribute through recommendations, hidden gems, honest reviews, and discussions about what actually makes games fun and memorable.

We’d love to make our newsletter and community spaces more interactive and involve players more directly going forward.

We’re currently looking for people who’d be interested in:

  • recommending games from our site
  • writing short reviews or ratings
  • trying featured or newly released games and sharing impressions
  • sharing favourite picks or hidden gems

The goal is to build a real community and create something fun that players can look forward to each week.

Nothing overly formal, just a space for people who enjoy casual games and want to share their thoughts with others.

If that sounds interesting to you, we’d love to hear from you.

What WildTangent / family PC games do you remember?

Hopefully this kind of post is alright here, I am not trying to spam or step on any toes.

I stumbled across this subreddit recently and it’s been quite eye opening seeing what almost feels like an outspoken generation, that was right in the thick of that mid 2000s “Family PC” era when WildTangent was at its peak.

I’ve been reading through nostalgia discussions lately and noticed WildTangent games come up often.
Games like:

  • Polar Bowler
  • Fate
  • Diner Dash
  • Book Worm Deluxe

There’s clearly a lot of nostalgia tied to that era of gaming, and I’d love to hear what games people here remember most and why they stuck with you.

Was it the gameplay itself?, the memories around it? after school gaming sessions, siblings fighting over the computer, or just the overall vibe of that era?
What games stood out to you and still bring back memories?

Positive and Negative feedback welcome.

What HOPA series or developers would you actually want to see in a bundle sale?

We’ve been exploring more Hidden Object / HOPA bundle sale ideas lately, and we would genuinely love some feedback from people who actually know the genre well.

Are there any particular developers, series, or older games you’d personally love to see grouped together in a bundle sale?

Could be:

  • classic favorites
  • older Big Fish-era titles
  • overlooked series
  • hard-to-find games
  • specific developers
  • anything you still revisit or miss

There is clearly still a really passionate HOPA community out there, and honestly the feedback is genuinely useful for helping us understand what players still care about most.

It could be anything;
Slow pacing, cluttered or confusing UI, repetitive gameplay, lack of challenge, poor controls, overly scripted tutorials, constant interruptions, or anything else that pulls you out of the experience.

Curious to hear what bothers you most!

Did any one use the old WildTangent platform that was preinstalled on HP devices in the day?

I've seen it described as everything from “my childhood games” to “delete this immediately”

Which one were you?
