I have a question about the secret lover and child part of the family tree

If a secret child has a child of their own, will that child be labelled as a secret grandchild when I go into my sims side of the family tree?

I'll give an example:

If Mortimer Goth became a secret lover with Nancy Landgraab and they have a secret child, and that secret child marry's and has a child with a sim that's not in the Landgraab or Goth family tree, would Mortimer's and Nancy's grandchild be labelled as a secret grandchild on either of their pov of their family tree?
