Head pain, burning sensation, eye strain

for 6 months I have suffered what feels like pressure, lately it feels like head is burning, top and the right side of the crown area. I have to always put cold water on it to relieve it. The eyes feel sore too. I’ve had numerous visits to hospital, GP , MRI scans. ENT for tinnitus. Gp alway says oh it’s just anxiety. No way on earth this is anxiety. 6 months , 24/7. Im struggling with everything in my life. I don’t know what is causing this. I’m struggling so much

Losing my mind

currently on 100mg sertraline for about 14 weeks. I’ve had many mri in the past, blood test, neurology, keep being told nothing is wrong. This is just anxiety and just up your dose and you’ll be ok. I’ve been on on / off other anti depressants in 2 years and all those 2 years I’ve felt ill. The worst is the head pressure. I keep telling everyone it’s the medication and they say no I don’t think it is. Now I want to taper off but scared it’s gonna make me worse than what I already have.

Currently feel all this ;

Head pressure

Tender scalp

Dizzy

Nausea

Sleep issues

Feeling tired / weak / low energy

No appetite

Trouble focusing

Memory

Chest pain / shortness of breath

Feeling hot

Losing my mind

Diarrhea

Agitated

Restless

Tinnitus

Help needed

Been on / off meds for 2 years. Been on 3 different meds and I’ve always felt horrible since I been on them. Currently on 100mg for 13 weeks. The issue I’m having is constant feelings in my head ( pressure, light headed, nausea, sometimes head pain and the crown area. My head just feels odd all the time. occasions Plus I have tinnitus which came when I started meds in 2024. I’ve had 3 MRI scans and all clear. Ive been like this for 5/6 months with little improvement. My question is Can anti depressants cause this continuous head stuff ? Does this sound like Dysautonomia ?

Is this anxiety in the head ?

I’ve been really struggling for the past 5 months .Its really stressing me out. I just keep being told it’s anxiety. I have 24/7 head pressure, lightheaded, tinnitus, ear fullness, light sensitive, scalp is always tender. This is giving me bad anxiety. Even when I close my eyes I feel lightheaded. As soon as I wake up boooom it’s back straight away. 3 MRI scans and all good. I’m 8 weeks on 100mg sertraline. Do I increase or stick to 100 longer ? I literally find it so hard to do anything.

I have neurology appointment next month.

Help with my anxiety

My 22 old son passed away suddenly with cardiac arrest in 2024 and this is when part of me died. I haven’t been myself since. Anxiety hit me full in the face. Having all the anxiety symptoms ( racing thoughts, many trips to toilet, palpitation, chest pains, horrible head sensation, dizziness ) The one that I can’t cope with is the head feeling. it’s hard to describe. I feel like nothing is real. I could easily just walk infront of a bus which scares me. Whenever i do manage to sleep always awake early like 5am and boom the head feels strange again. I’ve had 3 mri scans and all clear. I also have tinnitus. I cry 24/7 and I don’t know what to do. I have a wonderful partner and 2 sons. I’m currently 6 weeks on sertraline 100mg. Having anxiety makes me feel like I’m not here in the world. I was prescribed propranolol months ago but hardly ever take them ( 40mg )
