i was working on a interactive story and was deep into it. an error popped up and i said ok and went going back to writing. i close twine and it said that i had 0 stories when I WAS JUST WORKING ON A STORY. i go look into the files where the stories are kept and its literally gone. theres nothing there. wtf happened???? and how can i get it back?? im freaking out right now

Cześć! Czy ktoś ma może jakieś polecenia terapeutek/terapeutów w Warszawie? Mam epilepsję i dużo lęku oraz stanów lękowych, które bardzo łatwo narastają, a potem trudno mi wyjść z tej pętli. Mam teraz terapeutkę, ale od jakiegoś czasu myślę o znalezieniu kogoś nowego.

Szukam terapeutki/terapeuty, która/który faktycznie pokaże mi, jak kontrolować emocje i myśli — nauczy mnie różnych technik i sposobów, żeby wyjść z tej pętli. Teraz głównie rozmawiam z moją terapeutką, a ona odpowiada, ale chciałabym znaleźć kogoś, kto naprawdę nauczy mnie, jak nie zapętlać się w swoich myślach.

Byłabym bardzo wdzięczna za polecenia. Dziękuję :)

I hate the summer so much. my anxiety was already bad but when its hot its like 5x worse. i feel tired all the time, i feel dizzy and weird and it for sure doesnt help my epilepsy at all. im going on holiday soon and im scared that it will be too hot.

Theres an event next year that i want to get accepted into and i want to do some spells for good energy or negative energy removal but im wondering how close to this event should I do these spells?

Do you use the Transpose Master? or just mask and move around the mesh? Im looking for like the best way to do it like the professionals do because i dont want to mess up any UVs or textures. And about uvs, do you pose the highpoly or the lowpoly/retopologized model, or do you pose and THEN retopologize?

I really enjoy zbrush but im confused as to what the work flow is supposed to be like because ove heard so many people telling me different things, to start with subdiving first to start with dyna mesh first oh no no do this and that first im just kinda confused.

Right now i do:

Dynamesh > remesh > subdivide

Dynamesh when doing the block out of the sculpt and then when doing details remesh and subdivide.

Is this the correct order? Or do I have to do something different?
