The study is open to people who:

  • Are aged 18–75

  • Own a smartphone
  • Have been in a couple relationship for more than 6 months
  • Are not currently in a mental health crisis
  • Do not have a diagnosis of substance abuse disorder
  • Have a trusted emergency contact

Participation involves recording short audio diaries for one week, followed by a 60-minute interview either online or in person.

Participants will receive a $50 gift card as a thank you.
