Kind of felt bad that there is no Triple Screen in my BE6. Although upcoming Mahindra BE6 SporTEQ will be having it. Found a working method to get it on the current BE6. And not just BE6, it will work in any car as long as you have an Android Phone. Would look so cool on MG Windsor's huge screen. Gotta see how it looks on it.

The name of the App that you gotta sideload is Fermata Xtream which gets installed through AAEnabler. The beauty of it is that it works on android phones with Android 16 as well. I tried other options but they had support until Android 9.

Lmk, if you find a better alternative to it. For now, this is the best I could make it work in my cars.

I see most of the people who want to setup NFC Card or Phone as Digital Key are having trouble in finding all the info at one single place. So, I made a FAQ video covering these questions:

NFC Card Related

  1. Where do i get the card from?
  2. How much does NFC Card Cost?
  3. Can i activate it by myself?

My BE6's NFC Card Deserved It. So, I Made it Happen.

NFC Card is cool but I just couldn't carry it naked everywhere. Went a bit too far:

- imported a holder

- downloaded the official branding files

- adjusted it to the size of the holder

- found suppliers who could make an embossing brass of the logos

- destroyed the first few lots as embossing had to be done upto certain depth or else it burnt through the holder

- got the final one ready a week ago

- Tested it for a week and now i am confident

Pshew. Tiring. But worth it.

Was it all worth it? Idk, the kid inside me wanted it and I made it happen.

BE6 NFC Phone Key Demo

HOW TO PAIR YOUR iPhone & USE IT AS A DIGITAL KEY:

- Make sure you have digital key provisioning done from SC and NFC Card Setup.

- Go to Vehicle Settings > Interior > Convenience> NFC > Owner's Phone

- Put both of your OG car keys on the center console.

- Follow on screen steps

- Once pairing process begins, place your iPhone unlocked on the NFC Charging Pad.

- You will see a pop up on your iPhone for setting up Car Key.

- Follow the steps and it will ask for activation code.

- Check your registered email and you should have an email from mahindra with a link to activate car key. In the same email, at last there will be an activation code. Enter that one. Dont worry, even if the mail is old, it will still work.

- MAKE SURE YOU DONT REMOVE YOUR PHONE FROM THE CHARGING PAD DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS.

Anyone has the blueprint of BE6 Formula E that comes along with the welcome kit? Would be cool if someone can share it. Have some experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, can convert it into a large size file for print. Want to make a poster of it.

Do not get PDI done from Cars24.

If you are planning to buy an #EVInIndia, do not get your #PDI done from #Cars24.

I trusted Cars24 with my PDI and their team had no tools to Investigate an #EV. The guy who visited literally had zero knowledge about basic functionalities of the car.

When i reached out to them about it during the PDI, they literally told me that they dont have tools to measure the most basic metric of an #EV.

I called them and they told me they cannot do anything and refused a refund. Mind you, that is when I asked their agent to not even touch my car without tools.

The guy opened the hood to check for an engine.

In short, no matter which EV you are about to buy...

#MahindraBE6, #TataSierra, #TataHarrier, #MahindraXEV9E, #XEV9s, #TataPunch, #MGComet, #MGWindsor or whatever..

DO NOT, I REPEAT...DO NOT GET YOUR PDI DONE FROM CARS24.

BE6 Batman Edition was out of my budget and I got FE3. No regrets. However, I am in love with that Batman Edition Exhaust note.

Do you guys think we will ever find a way to add custom Exhaust Notes or maybe unlock 'edition specific' ones for all BE6s?

Getting my BE6 Formula Edition 3 Delivery Today

Finally pulled the trigger and today, I will be getting my Mahindra BE6 FE3. Super pumped, tbh.

I have heard a lot of mixed reviews about it and really bad ones from one particular YouTuber. I know his face but don't know his name. Completely unavoidable. Other than that, this reddit community really helped me in zero-ing in on my purchase. So, thankyou everyone for that too.

My heart says, this is a wonderful car and with latest updates and stuff, most of the early bugs and issues have been ironed out.

But idk, as i said mixed reviews still makes me question if i made the right call.

Now, I am a guy with negligible followers on my personal account and on my YouTube Channel. No matter how this purchase turns out to be, good or bad, I will be sharing everything related to it real soon.

I really hope my dilemmas, my research and my good/bad experiences help you make the most of your hard earned money.

Finally pulled the trigger today and got BE6 FE3 in Black. Hate the front headlights but love the interiors. Have to live with it.

Was blessed with a baby girl last year and her birthday is on 29 July. Want to get that kids edition as well.

Best quotes you have got for FE2 in Delhi?

Finally about to pull the trigger and get A BE6. Had a hard time in deciding between FE2 and FE3. Dont see a point in spending more on FE3 for 2-3 extra features. Pretty sure, they are unnecessary for me.

Where can i get FE2 in Delhi? And what are the ongoing best price quotes you have got (minus insurance) on FE2?

Help would be really really appreciated.
