I’m questioning the Queen of Hearts objectkin, so I’d like to hear from some of you to know what the objectkin experience is like, to help me determine whether I’m actually one myself

Greetings, r/otherkin. I finally decided to do a proper introduction. As I've recently been chosen as a mod, I decided I could become more active here as a user as well. I don't want to be a moderator from the shadows. I want to be someone you can get to know and rely on. You can call me Elsa. In the images above you can see some of my kintypes, although I have way more than these. I'm a fictionkin, conceptkin, mythkin and therian. I've been around in the otherkin community for quite a while now, but not in this subreddit specifically, which honestly makes me a bit anxious to interact with it to be perfectly honest. Despite this, I hope I'll be able to get to know all of you wonderful creatures that occupy this place. You'll be seeing me around more from now on and I hope we can become friends, or at least friendly acquaintices eventually as time goes on

I recently finished Darkness of Dragons, and while I have yet to give my overall thoughts for arc 2, that’s going to be a post for another day. Today’s post is about something else. When Darkstalker ate the strawberry to turn him into Peacemaker, the dragons acted like it was such a bold move by Kinkajou to use Darkstalker’s own scroll magic against him,as he was unaffected by anyone else’s magic but his own. I however thought there could have been a different way to defeat him. Specifically, Turtle’s earring. Some of you might say the earring wouldn’t work on him, since he enchanted himself to be immune to anyone’s magic but his own, but that’s exactly why I think it would. Turtle’s earring was enchanted to protect the wearer from any spells Darkstalker has or might cast whether in past present or future, meaning if the wearer already was under a Darkstalker spell, the earring’s enchantment would make it go void. Darkstalker’s immunity to everyone else’s magic is itself a Darkstalker spell, meaning the earring would remove it. This would not only mean other animi can use their magic on Darkstalker now, but also that he would now be mortal, meaning he could be killed like any other dragon. Meaning that if someone gave Darkstalker the earring as a “token of appreciation “ before he knew it’s effect or snuck up on him to but the earring on his ear, Darkstalker could have been eliminated earlier and maybe even easier than he actually was

Hello. So we recently discovered we’re plural. Currently unsure of our origin, but we think we’re more likely to be a disordered system, given that we do occasionally experience blackouts when switching. Our current roster consists of me, the host, and the one who’s fronting most of the time. Next we got Hearts. She’s a Queen of Hearts fictive, and we’re trying to keep her from fronting without supervision if we can, because we’re afraid of letting her be alone in front. We usually call her Hearts because it’s shorter. Than there’s Jezebel, she’s an introject of Jezebel from the Bible, and the main caretaker of our little. Last but not least of our currently known headmates is Twilight. She’s our little and a human-horse hybrid shapeshifter . She’s brain made and was named by Jezebel when she first found her

I’m a polykin for my highest kins (meaning my 3 IDs and my 6 high kins), my level of connection has always been clear. For the others tho, it tends to fluctuate, in a way that sometimes I feel higher connection to some and lower to others, and sometimes it’s the other way around, in that kintypes I previously perceived as higher or lower on the list suddenly go the other way around. The only ones this had never happened with are my 9 highest kintypes. My connection to those has always been the same. The other ones however keep fluctuating. Sometimes I even feel like some of them are their own individuals separate from myself. Am I the only one this kind of fluctuating happens to?
