Hayden Panettiere's death really hit me harder than expected.

I feel like it hit me harder than a lot of celebrity deaths, which I normally don't pay much attention to. And yes, I'm aware I didn't know her at all.

But between her tragic life circumstances and everything she went through, and the fact that she was only in her 30s and had the rest of her life ahead of her. She deserved better.

I think what also hit me so hard about her death is it's a reminder that life is short and fleeting. And of course we all die eventually, but she never got a chance to live the rest of it out.

And now there are implications that her abusive ex was involved (even though the full details haven't come out yet so its just speculation). But yeah, just heartbreaking.

What are some of the worst actions from characters that you've seen people actually try and defend?

Ever feel like you're taking crazy pills because its clear a character (villain or not) did something horrible and yet people still think the character did "nothing wrong" or that they're justified?

With that said, what are some of the worst actions that you've seen people actually try and defend/justify?

Edit: The plot of this movie, Don't Breathe, is some punks trying to break into this blind man's house. Not realizing that he's an armed and dangerous war veteran. Later on, you find out he kidnapped a woman who ran over his daughter by accident. He impregnated said woman with a turkey baster of his own semen, kept her in his basement and tried to do the same to Rocky after the other girl was killed in a shootout.

I've straight up seen someone say that he's not a rapist and that he was justified. Because apparently since he used a turkey baster, it's not considered rape. Yes, I'm serious. What an insane take.

Anyone else feel like Hayden Panettiere's death really hit them hard?

Like, just...wow.

You know the meme, Thanos did nothing wrong. But are there any villains or antagonists who you think actually did nothing wrong or came very close?

Especially if the narrative portrayed them as being in the wrong but you felt they were justified?

What was your "wait...that was them?" moment when you found out a song in an animated movie or show was performed by a certain band and/or singer?

Ever had a moment where you were surprised to find out a song in a movie or show (theme song, ending credits, etc) was sang/performed by a specific someone?

The theme song to Seven Little Monsters was actually performed by Barenaked Ladies. My mind was blown when I found out, lol. That's amazing.

What video game boss is the absolute bane of your gaming existence?

I think we all have that one boss. Maybe you never beat it as a kid, perhaps you spent hours and hours on the fight, or maybe you hate the boss because its poorly designed and the difficulty seems unfair? Do you have a boss that you dread, especially whenever you replay the game?

For me, it's definitely Cubit Foxtar, from Megaman Zero 3.

The MMZ games are known for being pretty hard in general, but I dread this boss. His pattern is erratic and unpredictable, and his fire attacks are fast and extremely hard to dodge. And then of course even if you beat him during the first fight, you fight him again during the boss rush. He's like if Mr. Miyagi had fire powers and was on a pack of steroids.

I developed eye floaters a few months ago. Introduction and my ongoing struggles.

Hi, my name is Gia.

I came across this subreddit a while ago when looking for information about eye floaters, and I'm glad I did. Since people in my life and even my viewers (I stream by the way) don't really understand my frustration. Floaters are like being trapped in a prison, but I don't think I need to tell anyone here that, lol. We all know how bad it is.

But anyway. Sometimes I wear glasses and I'm pretty sure I got floaters after hitting my right eye by accident. This happened a few months ago, and afterwards I started seeing a so called "fly" on the wall a few days later. And then it developed into more wisps and "flies".

I did go to an optometrist and fortunately there's no internal bleeding or retinal damage or any of that. But they did shrug it off and tell me I'll get used to it eventually. Yeah...no.

The floaters always there, trapped inside my body. It's just hard to fight and escape. Would that optometrist say to himself "I can ignore it easily" if he had mosquitos constantly flying around him with no reprieve? Yeah, I don't think so. The thing that people who've never experienced floaters don't understand is its a psychological constant presence.

Just wanted to vent. I don't really talk about it on stream, but it's aggravating beyond belief. Anyway, thanks for coming to my TED talk rant.

What episode did you find Helga at her meanest and/or worst, with no justification?

Helga can be pretty mean at times, but what episode(s) did you find her the meanest, most unhinged, and/or just plain unlikable? Especially if there was no justification.

For me, it's a tie between Girl Trouble and Magic Show. I'd say Helga was worse in Magic Show because what she planned to do to Arnold.

She abandoned Arnold's magic show and was going to run away for hours. So that everyone would think she was missing and then Arnold would get arrested for making Helga "disappear". She only didn't succeed because she got knocked out.

And that's not even getting into how she treated Phoebe like garbage. Telling her best friend - "I can't believe you! You do everything wrong! Everything!" all because Phoebe wasn't able to save her a seat for the magic show. Helga also never apologized. Helga's so called "friendship" with Phoebe in the earlier seasons was completely one sided.

Wishbone (old PBS show from the 90s). Joe missing his dad who passed away.

Context: In the show Wishbone, Joe's dad is mentioned a few times, and he passed away from a blood disease off-screen.

In one episode, Joe struggles with his dad's loss and remembers his dad pushing him on the tire swing. Pretty emotional moment for a show that's about a talking dog exploring history.

Gia - Cry For Me - My Cover Song and Music Video [Electropop]

Just wanted to share my personal music video for Cry For Me, original version was by Ironmouse and Bubi. I was pretty nervous since I've never done a music video before, but I fought through the anxiety.

Is there a hater in fiction on par with Reverse Flash or someone that's a bigger hater than him?

People always point to Reverse Flash when talking about characters in fiction who are true haters.

With that said, is there a bigger hater in fiction than Thawne? Or at the very least, is there someone who you think might be on par with Reverse Flash?

While he's obviously not as memorable, I guess Demise from Skyward Sword counts. He's almost less of a person and more of a force of pure malice. In the Japanese version, he actually has no name and is pretty much just referred to as "tyrranical being".

His hatred for Hylia is so intense that Link and Zelda's descendants are pretty much stuck in an eternal battle against an incarnation of Demise' own hatred through Ganondorf. He doesn't even curse them. In the Japanese version, Demise basically just reminds Link that it's not the end because his hatred will always be born a new through the end of time.

The Devil Hulk from the game Incredible Hulk Ultimate Destruction

Context: He appears a few times throughout the game which eventually ends up with a boss fight. He's basically a manifestation of Bruce's trauma and hatred against the world who hates and fears him. And the devil hulk plans to break out of Bruce's mind and get revenge on the world.

[Uncanny] The humans in Happy Feet. Very dream-like, with how they blend live action with CGI instead of making them look like typical CGI humans. Happy Feet is a weird movie.

I guess it's not really a "design" since they're based on real people. But there's still obviously a very strange effect where you can't really tell if its fully CGI or not. Probably intentional since the penguins refer to humans in that movie as "aliens".

If you keep talking through a movie at the theater, then fuck you.

I just recently sat through The Odyssey and my experience was nearly ruined because there was this obnoxiously loud couple talking through the whole damn thing. Fuck you two. I hope they break up.

Someone's probably going to ask why I didn't get up and get security. I actually did, but they simply just took a peek in the theater to see what was going on and walked off, lol. Oh well

Doomsday from Superman and Lois. That moment where a monster on a CW show looks better than that cave troll design from Batman V Superman.

First pictures are his original look after he's unleashed by Lex Luthor. Last two pics are his final evolution.

Ever since I told him that his voice eases my nightmares, my boyfriend reads to me every single night. I am definitely marrying this guy.

I have nightmares a lot. Its stress induced apparently which makes sense because i'm a very stress prone person, if that even is a thing. But I also have a very traumatic childhood which doesn't help.

3 months ago I told my boyfriend that him just talking to me before bed or hearing his voice calms me down a lot. And I also happen to be a huge bookworm.

So he buys a pile of books on my amazon wishlist and then ever since we got them all, he's been reading at least 5 chapters to me every night (well unless we're busy doing other things). He doesn't even like the genre that I mostly read (classics or dark romance) but he still does it. 3 months later and he STILL does it.

The amount of love I have for him cannot even be explained. I so hope I end up spending my entire life with him. I feel overwhelmed. Also, there's a reason why I'm using a throwaway account for this post.

Nobody knows (except my best friend) but I grew up in an extremely abusive home where I was verbally talked down to a lot by my mom. My boyfriend and I grew up next door to each other, and he knew what was going on and how hard it was for me.

I thought I was too broken to be loved but now here my boyfriend is, treating me like I'm worthy. Sometimes I just cry because of how much i love him. He makes me feel safe, protected. I don't think i'll ever love someone like this again.

Now, reason 2 why this is a throwaway: I THINK I SAW HIM LOOKING AT RINGS. OH MY GOD AND I DON'T WANT TO RUIN THE SURPRISE BUT I STILL HAVE TO TELL SOMEONE. He was even eyeing the rings I have now, casually making jokes about ring sizes (he laughed but it wasn't even a joke lmao I love this dork).

I just feel so hopeful. Like, I didn't think i'd live past 18 you know? i thought that's when I would finally break and just end everything. But he was there for me and he picked up the broken pieces of my soul and put me back together. What a great 2026 so far.

I love you T <3

Thank you for reading
