Colour me intrigued, I think some of you on here could do really well in the Creative Industries as writers and other various storyteller roles.

What are your end goals? Why are you worldbuilding? Do you want to become Industry Professionals and turn this into a career? And do you know how?

I'm a BA(Hons) Creative Writing Student at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, UK.

I'll be working on an entry way into a PhD after graduating and also I'm starting my Career currently running an Independent Storytelling Studio with an Active IP.

So I ask this in both an Academic light for my research topic and as someone starting a Career.

Some of you have a lot of talent, but are you prepared to overcome the hurdles to reach a market? Or is it purely as a Hobby/Amateur?

Shoutout to the guy who posted about a worldbuilding challenge btw, was really eye opening about this subreddit :)

I'm hoping to get some feedback on a Story-Bible. But it would be a lot to post here and I wont send a link because I think it breaks the subs rules (Least that what is said).
But I've been working on a Fictional Psychedelic Fantasy. Started my writing portfolio and company website etc.

This is the Story Bible for 'Tales of Euphoria: Îles d’Influence'. It's a 2D RPG story bible for Video Game format. It has heavy themes of Drugs, Religion, Cults etc. It's first instalment of a Multiplatform Franchise.

I was just wondering if anyone here could/would give some feedback on its current progress for this specific title.

The 2D RPG is a meant to set the themes, tone and atmosphere of the series. Drawing audiences into the weird, wonderful and eccentric world of Euphoria.

It contains a Synopsis, Dossier, Infinitions, Stats & Attributes, Locations, Glossary, Preface, Level Design (& Script Plan), and Brand Style Guide.

Just wondering if people are interested in its themes and tone, general critiques etc.
There is more information on the website about the Franchise as a whole, the poetry, animation script, prose etc etc. But was just wondering about this document alone.

Reddit has a lot of rules and it's in PDF format, not sure how to show it.

I have what is I assume, shake'n'go wigs. Can someone explain to me about lace fronts etc? I certainly couldn't show the wig line in the wigs I have. And yet sometimes I see it and I think 'Oh ratchet couture. Stunning!'

But no seriously what are your tips on wigs, info about wig types etc etc.

Tales of Euphoria: Like Flowers in Full Bloom

Chapter I 

The Troupe D’ambroisie

Giant toadstools of red and purple towered above the troupe. An audience of gnomes & travellers began to silence as the makeshift stage darkened and a single sphere of light was gently released into the sky above by the enigmatic old man.

Beneath its gentle hue a woman lay centre stage – her hair of crimson swept in the cool breeze. The lids of her eyes a stark black. Pure green iris’s shone out towards the gathering crowd, reflecting the greenery of the canopy floor. To the side, the old man waved his wand over the plethora of stringless instruments strewn across the stage. Slowly, they began to strum, and drum, and hum. A sweet melody irradiated through the Mycelium Forest of the Gnomish peoples. And then, she began to sing.

The audience were in awe as she swung her arms over herself. Every flair of grace beckoned another second of watching. Butterflies landing among her gentle poise as she pirouetted across the stage. Her eyes glistened brighter and brighter as the movements increased, and from her chest – a kaleidoscope of colour intensified, leaving trails of translucent awe in her wake. But whilst she pranced, and unbeknownst to the audience… Her siblings began.

Transfixed upon the aethereal figure that darted across his line of vision. Morgaine was unaware that the performer’s associates had begun to ‘work’ the crowd. Two hooded figures hidden deep in the backdrop of the canopy began to cut purses, pick pockets, and steal any loose belongings left unattended by the occupied audience. Stealthily creeping from person to person with feverish intent. So bewitched were the audience, that none could astray their gaze.

As the song began to climax, the dancer gave one last twirl as flashes of light blinded the audience. And when the song had ended, and the lights faded, all that was left was a simple, word-down caravan. That creaked as the old man whipped his wand into the air and it began to shuttle away. The three performers stood atop the old wooden wagon – and bowed.
