Hi mom aku punya ponakan 2 cowok usia 6 dan 3 tahundan tinggal sama ibu aku karena abgku bercerai dengan istrinya so ibu ku yang ngurus mereka. Mereka br2 speech delay karena emang di kasih screen time hampir 24 jam dan perilaku mereka jugak bisa di bilang kurang baik sering tantrum sering mukul” ibu aku kalau gak di kasih nonton atau main hp. Masalahnya anak aku sering main ke rumah ibu aku karena emang rumah kami bersebelahan dan prilaku mereka nular ke anak aku jadi sering mukul kalau marah dan teriak”. Aku harus gmn ya ? apa aku harus ngelarang anak aku main sama keponakan aku itu ?

I catch myself doomscrolling endlessly instagram almost everynight until 1-2 am sometimes, are there apps out there that i can use to replace thiss.

Like apps that can help you learn instead of scrolling, quick facts app or should i just delete all social media.
