Is this a spicule on my daughters toe?

This is my 8 month old daughter’s toenail. She has a proclivity for standing on her toes. Is this a spicule? Did the toe standing likely cause it? it’s like a small nail shard coming out the side of her toenail, it’s hard not soft, but I can move it back and forth without bothering her. I can trim it but it grows back. Not tried to pull it yet for fear of hurting her. Never had any issues with my nails so not seen anything like this before. Best to leave it or see a podiatrist?

Next step from an Ergobaby Embrace?

Hi all

I’ve been using an Embrace since my little one was born. She’s now 7 months and almost 10kg, and it’s feeling a little restricted, uncomfortable, and she doesn’t seem happy in it either and is constantly pulling her arms out the top.

Where do I go from here?

I’d like to continue wearing her inwards but also on my back would be nice as she loves to look out and face forward but I know it’s not recommended to turn them outward facing in these carriers

TIA!

I bought a top, the buyer took 2 full weeks to send me shipping information which tracking clearly showed she had only just taken it to the post office.

After I received it, I left her a 3 star review saying the top was good but disappointed she took 2 whole weeks to ship it.

She immediately left me a 1 star review back accusing me of complaining about Australia post shipping times which are out of her control, and urging others to not accept purchases from me or buy anything from me.

All because she is lazy and took 2 weeks to get off her ass and take the top to the post office.

My review was obviously not about Australia post shipping times.

God some sellers are entitled and gross!

My daughter is just over 6 months and sleep has been hot garbage since she learned to roll at 11 weeks. I swear it continues to get worse every single day.
I want to stop cosleeping, I hate it, I’m so uncomfortable and she keeps me awake all night every night. I’m suffering from the lack of sleep and my patience is dwindling. Please help me!

We go roughly by 2.5/3/3.5. Anything shorter than that, she absolutely refuses to sleep and will not settle no matter what.

She has a dummy and a lovey.

Naps are proximity (I just lie next to her on the bed without touch) or on the go (pram or car).

Usually bedtime is great and she can put herself to sleep completely by herself within 10 mins.

She wakes up screaming hysterical bloody murder 10 times a night if not more. Rarely less. I’m extremely lucky to get a 2-3 hour first stretch in the cot.

I always try to resettle in the cot first, just a hand on the chest or on her side, reposition her.
If that doesn’t work, I’ll pat and shush. If that doesn’t work, I’ll pick her up and settle then put her back down. I make sure every time to remove my hands/presence before she fully falls asleep. Eventually none of it works and I just have to bring her into bed with me for my own sanity.

I don’t know what to do :(

We tried Ferber but she would just scream hysterically for hours on and off. She often settles herself and almost falls asleep again then suddenly goes back to 10/10 hysteria for seemingly no reason.

Doctor has checked her out and says nothing is wrong.
