I’m about to start Hogwarts Legacy for the first time!

I’ve already watched all the Harry Potter movies, but I’ve never played the game before. Is Hogwarts Legacy connected to the movies in any way?

Any beginner tips would also be appreciated! No spoilers please.

The combat in Khazan is so damn good and addictive. I honestly had such a great time playing it. This is definitely one of my favorite Soulslikes, along with Black Myth: Wukong and Lies of P.

I feel like this game is seriously underrated, and I really hope it gets more attention because it deserves it.

The boss I struggled with the most was Ozma. That third phase had me stuck for like 3 hours straight I almost lost my mind, but finally beating him felt so damn satisfying and the battle felt cinematic.

Definitely one of the best Soulslikes I've played.

Do you guys use Whirlwind: Tempest, or is Phantom Sword Dance + Whirlwind better?
Whirlwind tempest is only for big guys i plan on changing my weapon to other set but is the tempest worth it?

Do these dialogue choices actually affect the story, quests, or anything else later in the game?

Do you have any beginner tips, things you wish you knew before starting, or common mistakes I should avoid? No major story spoilers, please.

I just beat Owl and I’m at the point where I can light the incense.
Is this the point of no return, or can I still explore and finish other things afterward?
Also, without major spoilers, what are the recommended things I should do before heading to the final area? I don’t want to accidentally miss any minibosses, Prayer Beads, Gourd Seeds, or important optional content.

I finally beat Genichiro, and wow… he was tough.
He took me more attempts than I expected. Every time I thought I had him figured out, he’d punish my mistakes immediately. It felt like the game was forcing me to stop playing defensively and actually learn how to deflect properly.
Beating him was incredibly satisfying. I can definitely see why so many people consider him one of the best bosses in Sekiro.
No spoilers beyond Genichiro, please. I’m excited to see what’s next!

I just found this creepy Headless, and honestly... I don't even want to jump down. 😂

I'm still early in the game. Is this fight worth doing now, or is it better to come back later when I'm stronger and have better items?

Hi everyone! I just finished Bloodborne and now I'm finally starting Sekiro.

Which skills do you recommend unlocking first? I'm looking for the most useful early-game skills that will make combat and progression easier.

After hours of hunting, countless deaths, and an unforgettable journey, I can finally say that I finished Bloodborne!

Thank you to everyone here who helped me along the way. Your tips, advice, and encouragement made this experience even more enjoyable. This game was an absolute masterpiece, and it's one I'll never forget. The atmosphere, the lore, the bosses, and the gameplay were all incredible. What an amazing experience from start to finish.

I honestly enjoyed Bloodborne even more than Elden Ring. I never thought I'd say that, but this game completely won me over.

Now it's time for my next challenge...

Sekiro!!!

I just beat Mergo's Wet Nurse. Is this the point of no return? If it is, what should I do before the ending? Are there any NPC quests, optional bosses, or areas that are easy to miss?

I left my controller on the couch, and when I picked it up, it got caught on something and accidentally pressed R2. My character did a heavy attack and killed this NPC.

Is there any way to bring them back, or am I stuck with this until New Game+?
