Guys is it normal for desktop window manager to take this much ram usage

I saw this laptop 3 weeks ago with 74k in flipkart now today just checked holy God 93k for rtx 3050 that too 4gb vram

So apparently I'm so confused I love loq this varient but I'm scared to buy it since intel processor are having motherboard dead issue, I have read online that they fixed the issue in some new models but since buying from online we can't see the manufacturer date it is hard to know if these are new ones or old ones, so should I go for it or not?

After updating to realme ui 7.0 The hidden app menu keeps on popping whenever i unlock the phone it has become really annoying i want to turn the hidden app off but there is no option to completely turn it off
