Keli Lane - sex trafficked from a young age

I think Keli was being sold for sex from a very young age by her Mum.

Why:

- Her mum mentions 'the many social groups' that her and Keli's father were involved with when Keli was young. And how her daughter knew how important these were.
- Her mum seems highly narcissistic and they often expoit their children, especially mothers of their daughters, even more so when the daughter is highly attractive.
- Her Mum is an excellent guilt-tripper, I think she would have made it seem like they needed her to do it, or maybe that she had to do it because of somethign she'd done, or to pay for the water polo.
- I think her Mum reclaimed power by exploiting situations, I would imagine she sold her daughter to people like ex police officers, the swimming coaches, and various other people from the parents various groups she's involved with. And in doing so gaining power within these circles.
- I think the flat where she said the father lived was actually set up for sex, the guy who said he remembered seeing her said she was there enough for him to think she lived there, but Keli tells people that it was only a few times that she'd slept with the father. Keli never noticed this guy in the car park because she was trying to be stealth at that address.
- I think the father of Tegan was probably a pedophile or decided to buy the child so there would be no trace.
- Ex police officers, maybe even politicians were involved so they made it so Keli was framed and any supporting evidence lost.

This kind of thing happens. I think it happened to Keli, I think it explains everything.

Research suggests 70% of women with PMDD also have ADHD or autism

I posted this in the main PMDD sub, I kept having to amend it because moderators were taking it down, eventually when I made it competly acceptable for them, they banned me from the community. So:

My mind is blown. I've always wondered if I have a bit of ADHD, even autism at times...

As I'm sure, most of you here will know, the symptoms we generally hear about for these two aren't the same as what women experience:

Female ADHD:

  • 30 Browser Tabs Open: Non-stop mental hyperactivity, chronic daydreaming, and an internal monologue that never shuts up.
  • The "Adrenaline" Engine: Severe executive dysfunction. Procrastinating on simple tasks for days, then using a last-minute panic spike to get it all done at once.
  • High-Functioning Masking: Overcompensating for internal chaos by being a hyper-organized perfectionist—until you inevitably hit an exhausting wall of burnout.
  • Rejection Sensitivity (RSD): Minor criticisms or perceived slights feel like actual physical pain. This emotional dysregulation goes into overdrive during the luteal phase.

Female Autism:

  • Social Mimicry: Exhaustively studying, scripting, and copying other people's facial expressions and body language just to fit in. It looks natural to others, but it causes massive cognitive fatigue.
  • Hyper-Focused Passions: Intense, deep-dive special interests. In women, these often center on psychology, human behavior, fiction, or specific creative arts rather than "objects or numbers."
  • Sensory Overload: Being quietly driven crazy by specific textures, clothing tags, bright lights, or low-level background noise.
  • Routine-Dependent: A quiet but intense need for predictability. Sudden changes in plans can cause an internal meltdown.

So if you do happen to haveb AudHD and PMDD so accounting for the crossovers in both, it could be up to 70% of people wiht PMDD, it basically means your good weeks are spent masking the neurodivergence; your luteal weeks are a nervous system collapse where they all come to the foreground

Sources & Clinical Literature:

  1. The ADHD & PMDD Connection (46% Crossover Study): Published in the Journal of Psychiatric Research / indexed via the National Institutes of Health.
  2. The Autism & PMDD Connection (Up to 92% Crossover Study): Clinical review detailing the foundational Obaydi and Puri (2008) data regarding the high prevalence of PMDD in autistic women.

Leiya finalist in Survior show Outlast INTJ?

Has anyone seen the finale and does anyone else think she was an INTJ?

I think she might be, I definitely recognise all of the struggles she had to go through, found it very INTJ woman triggering.

I want INTJ female friends and INTP

Plus INFP ISFP and INFJ.

Finding these types is not easy.

Are there INTJ females out there who have these types as friends, is it the tropical oasis my mind imagines it to be?

I'm starting a part time degree in London next year mostly to try to find some lol! I do happen to want to study too but it shouldn't be this difficult to find people.

EDIT: I'm an INTJ female

Yesterday day I spent 4 hours alone with an ENFJ

EDIT: not ENFJ, ESFJ

And today I am depressed.

We went on a long walk, and the conversation was a relentless carousel of random nothingness, riddled with contradictory sentiments from my ENFJ acquaintance. She peppered the entire walk with unsolicited advice, none of which I could correct in real time without looking ‘sensitive’. Because of the rapid-fire pace, I had zero bandwidth to actually process anything we were talking about. If I had to total up the amount of time she spent talking about parking spaces, the lack of, and how people are so stupid for driving into car parks that are full, it was probably about 40 minutes.

As soon as I was released from her company, my brain began unpacking the backlog. It turns out it was filled with borderline insulting, factually incorrect nonsense. I’m left with the impression she walked away feeling powerful and in control, as I seemingly surrendered my soul. Haha.

Why do I do this to myself? I need to stop rationing massive blocks of time to people I know are fundamentally incompatible.

Does anyone else have a persistent ESFJ in their life that they keep relapsing with?

I’d love to see a version where the Traitors were self selecting and they just turn up at the turret instead.

Then the game would be more a case of people using their EQ and ability to read people to guess who would put themselves up as a traitor, rather than watching them blindly guess. Traitors would have to do a really good job of making themselves seem like innocents.

Traitors have to remain the minority I think so you’d have to make them compete for the places somehow.

I think it could work really well

I don’t want to engage in the type of communication that society tells you to when you meet a group of people or go to an event or something.

It’s not just a case of I don’t like small talk, I just don’t like, what feels like to me, performing.

Conversation with most people, because most people are extrovert, is boring to me.

If I knew the person I was about to start speaking with was an introvert that I could have a good conversation with, I wouldn’t be ‘shy’ aka, full of dread.

Sick of being treated like it’s a lack of confidence. Such an annoying world to live in for an introvert.

There seems to be a trend of downplaying narcissism, I keep hearing that "everyone is a little narcissistic," but that rhetoric is just a way to minimize toxic behavior and protect predators. It misses the point.

When people bring up "the spectrum," "stigmatization," or "correlation vs. causation," it’s a deflection tactic. Why is modern discourse more concerned with protecting the reputation of people with these traits than with the safety of their victims?

The reality is that high traits of narcissism go far beyond being self-absorbed. There is a clear, documented overlap with abuse, violent crime, and pedophilia.

When you look at the research, those who score highest on narcissism scales admit to it freely because they are proud of their traits. They don't see them as flaws, they see them as superiority.

I think they get away with it because they’ve managed to convince everyone they aren’t actually dangerous. As the saying goes, isn't the greatest trick the devil ever pulled convincing the world he didn't exist?

I’m ready for floods of downvotes and attacks.

I think the shape of someone’s eyes tends to have a bigger impact on how attractive they look than the colour. Colour stands out, but it doesn’t define facial harmony in the same way.

It’s the structure, the proportions, the angles, the way the eyes sit within the face, that actually shapes how we perceive beauty.

Some people have what others might call a 'boring' colour, but beautifully shaped, and it's this that ends up defining the beauty of their entire face.
