Does anyone else experience significant lower back pain while fasting? Seems to be worse than the first few days of a fast. I reckon due to dehydration and possibly an electrolyte imbalance within my body. This fast which was supposed to last seven days I had to break after four because the pain was too much..
Has anyone had any experience with new hair growth on longer extended fasts? I’ve read some journals that say fasting longer than seven days blocks reduction of DHT, which is the chemical responsible for hair loss. Some men reported new hair growth in balding areas on extended water fasts. I’ve done multiple 10 to 14 day water fasts and never experienced new growth but my hair always seems thicker and full when I break my fast. Any thoughts?

In a few months, I’ll be moving into to my beautiful luxury apartment in Scottsdale. Upper floor, beautiful view. Can’t wait. Western exposure so I’ll have killer sunsets but the heat is gonna be a major issue on the big glass balcony doors. I can’t do a permanent tint on the windows since this is a rental, but I heard some people saying there are removable films that you can place that significantly block heat. Anyone have any experience with this or can recommend any companies that can set something up?
I’m new to the DMV area and lately I’ve been taking quite a few passengers to Dulles. The pin has you drop off at the area underneath the terminal where you pick up rides leaving the airport. I’ve found the passengers get upset and some have been openly angry when you don’t take them directly to the terminal. Am I doing this right? Should I be taking them to the terminal despite the pin telling me to go to the pick up area?
About to get back into flying after years long hiatus I really want to buy my own plane, but it seems no matter where I look, It’s impossible to get space to store it. Forget about hangers, the waiting list is years long. It even seems impossible to get a simple tie down. I just relocated to the northern Virginia area but I think this is a similar situation nationwide. What’s a person to do if he has the resources to purchase a plane but nowhere to keep it? Any feedback?
Six month old Honda Civic Hybrid . My kid spilled or got something on the backseat. Every time I try and remove a stain it seems that the trapped dirt and dust runs and I make it worse. Any advice on how to get this out?
Six month old Civic hybrid. My kid spilled or got something on one of the back seats. I find that whenever I try and get stains out of the Honda seats the dust and dirt trapped in the fabric runs and I wind up making it worse. Any recommendations for removing this would be greatly appreciated!
I have the confirmation that it went through. It was over Memorial Day weekend, so is it normal for it to be delayed? Also was coming from a credit union, so I was wondering if that might have something to do with it. Any thoughts?

This tooth that cracked years ago finally fell apart last night while I was eating. I’m assuming that there’s no way that I can get a crown on top of this. I’m wondering if root canal plus post is the best option and if that’s even possible? Even though half the tooth is still gone can this tooth still be extracted? It looks bad but right now there is no pain or sensitivity (YET) I’ll be going to the dentist first thing tomorrow morning (Monday) but would welcome any feedback you guys might have.
