Subscription Apps?

Hey all
Can anyone recommend app for subscriptions?

Basically i want any customer to have an opportunity to see they can get a subscription on each product. But each month I want to be able to send a different product.

I've been looking at Loop but I don't think it will work. It looks like if a customer buys a subscription for the product its on, then it will just be a subscription of only that one design.

I'm in apparel and basically want to see a new t-shirt design each month.

A way to shorten IF statement?

Hey there,

I have a marketing call report where it lists out over 19 states we sell to and also areas we don’t sell to. My goal is to add our states into the correct market locations in a separate column, and mark areas we don’t as “Out of territory”.

For example CA, HI, and WA states would be named WCH in a separate column.

Right now I have multiple IF statements for each state to filter to the correct market in a cell that I drag down. These are just a few to give you an idea.

IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH(“CA”, A2)), “WCH”,
IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH(“WA”, A2)), “WCH”,
IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH(“TX”, A2)), “SSH”,
“Out of territory”)))

Is there a way to shorten this list of markets?

Multiple Lawsuits?

Hey all
Sorry posting twice here today.

Have you ever dealt with an ex who just constantly wants to take you to court, or is trying to find something to try to prove you're doing something absolutely wrong and gets legal involved?

My situation is my ex is severely toxic . She took me to trial because she didn't want me to have 50/50 even though I have always been there for my daughter.

Long story short, mom keeps trying to sign our daughter to multiple sports an entire weekend is just sports. My daughter is not into them and hates spending 5-6 hours at a location for swim or club soccer. A major problem is that mom has yelled at me multiple times, has been caught filming me and my family, amongst other things.

Because of moms behavior, the judge told mom I'm not required to take our child to sports. However...mom has been calling at a specific time on Thursdays only which happens to be the same time as soccer practice. I think she is trying to make a case I shouldn't have my daughter on Thursdays and I should have different custody days.

My ex is the type of person that said I endangered our child by taking her to a trampoline park, and that was fighting in trial that our custody schedule in the summer should switch every other day.

Have you guys had to deal with exes going back to court over stupid crap? How do you deal with it?

Summer activities

Hey all,
What do you do to keep your kids busy during the summer time? We will in an apartment complex and there aren't too many kids.

I was trying to get my daughter into a summer camp, but the person in charge severely mislead me on typical times when its fully booked. Essentially the person in charge of the summer camp told me summer camp signups take about a month to fill from their opening date. When I went to check in on the camp a few hours after it opened it was completely booked.

My custody days are Wednesday, Thursday, and every other Friday-Sun. Luckily I'm taking vacation time during the summer on Wednesdays, and I work remote every Thursday and Friday.

I'm thinking we may do a lot of arts and crafts on the days I work remote, and after go to the pool. What do you all do??

How to sync separate sheets data into one master sheet?

Hey all

I have a dashboard where I have to pull marketing dollars spent from each channel we use (Facebook, Google, etc), for every single market (13 markets). I have to pull the messy data into their respective sheet to clean the data and help automate things.

The issue I'm having now is that I need to put each 8 different sheets into one master sheet of this data. Sort of like the final staging area before I sum all data. The goal is to bring all these sheets into one, where i will finally sort it a master table.

Should I either:
a) link the data from the individual sheets into the master one with xlookups (or some other method?)

b) link the data from the individual sheets as tables? Essentially... on each sheet, make a table, then with my master sheet do =(then select the table) ?

I'm not sure what would be the best method or easiest to do. My gut is telling me to use the dynamic tables

Where can you find more designs for your Tshirt POD?

Hey all,
Does anyone know of any places where you can find mass amount of designs for tshirts?
Working with a designer is a little slow. I'm hoping to find some stock designs to hand over to them, and they can re-work things a little bit.

How to prove to my boss our agency is doing a terrible job?

I work for an enterprise insurance company, and where they have been working with an "ad agency" for the last few years for they run Meta ad campaigns.

The agency has two goals for them. One is to generate as many leads as possible for our lead generation focused campaigns, the other is to run awareness campaigns (branding campaigns) with Traffic and Engagement ads, but I realized NO ONE at the company has ever looked into their actual performance.

I did an analysis of our awareness type campaigns running on CTV, display, YouTube and I see on the back end while we have a lot of page views, directionally our page visits (of JUST the audience that clicks those ads), shows a positive lead conversion rate. I get awareness campaigns may lead people to the main site and there is incremental lift from that.

The agency we have for awareness has the highest amount of page views out of all traffic sources, with the almost zero conversions. Directionally, this tells me they are just burning money.

Now - our internal Meta ads team that runs different creative directionally has way more leads than this agency with their awareness campaigns.

I don't know what other way I can show my manager we are just wasting money with this agency. Our conversion focused lead gen campaigns with them come in at $200 per lead, while our internal media buyers get leads for $80.

Any other type of analysis I should show? Like time on site with page visits? What would you do in this situation?

Best place to look for insurance sales roles?

Hey all
I’m looking to get back into sales, but looking for better places to find insurance sales roles. I worked in sales before and was on of top performers at a startup. Eventually left cause that company owner was committing fraud so fell into marketing instead.

I’m not promoting myself but I do lead generation at the company I’m at and I see close rates of all sales people, and also manage their calls for managers for training purposes, and even the lowest performing sales people make really good money.

I’m 100% confident I could do sales again. I was thinking auto insurance sales because that’s the company I’m at, I’m familiar with product and a big fan of the company I’m at but they aren’t hiring at the moment for reps.

I was looking to see if I could find a part time position and then when my company hires again I’ll apply and show my experience.

Facebook carousel/product testing

Hey everyone,

Anyone ever test out Facebook carousel ads for products focused more on design?
For example if you sell Nascar Posters through print on demand with each product being a different image of car/race.

Would you test only select maybe 5 posters max for your carousel ads?
Or would you test all products, and let Meta do its thing to get the ones with the most engagement in front of the right eyeballs.

Teachers Salary Question

Hey everyone
So my kids mom is a teacher where she is paid her salary + benefits (retirement, etc), and we live in southern California.

When court looks at child support, are they supposed to look at both salary and the benefits she would receive?

Reason why I ask is in court she submitted only her salary, but I found she potentially is getting an extra $30k in benefits which was not brought up in court. I found out through a public education website which shows their salaries through the district.

Auto enrolled into Facebook Flex Ads?

I don't know what happened but when I created a new ad all of a sudden it's only using flex ads setup...
My previous ad allowed me to select the sizes I wanted specific for that placement. Now it only lets me upload one size...

Am I missing something?

Phone Call Times With Mom

Hey all
What time do you guys have your kiddos have their calls with mom?
Mom keeps calling and wants to talk to my daughter during her bed routine and its disrupting everything.

I've asked a few times now to have it at a more reasonable time, like before dinner time but she isn't agreeing.

Unfortunately mom is actually pretty crazy and will use anything against me to make me look bad. Her saying I'm not answering calls to say goodnight to my daughter, she will twist it around and claim I'm purposely not answering any calls (which is not true).

UPDATE: Originally I didn't receive mom's call because I was in the basement of my apartment building, and now mom is throwing a fit and now claiming I'm trying to alienate my daughter from her. For context, this is the second time mom has called in the last year.

Want to fire ad agency - but I can't

Company I'm at sells life insurance as one of its products. The setup here is weird though. Internally we run more branded videos and statics, while our ad agency does "influencer" marketing.

There are two people in the marketing team who manage this ad agency and they have not once looked at the performance of campaigns. On top of that, these two people have zero experience with paid advertising.

I took a look at the metrics...the ad agency is bringing daily leads in at $500-$800 CPL since the beginning of the year. Our internal team brings in leads at around $70.

Once thing I've noticed is that the CTR of the ad agency has been declining since the beginning of the year, which tells me they do zero creative refreshes.

The worst part is we have no visibility into their ad account. They only allow us to look at their dashboard they created.

Get advanced degree for my career?

Currently I have a bachelors, and work at an enterprise insurance company in marketing.
Over the years and previous companies I have made them a lot of money with Facebook and Google ads, but at my current role I decided to go into a marketing operations role instead. I honestly was sick and tired of the ups and downs that goes with running paid advertising.

My managers want me to join a program that will start training me to become a manager at the company, but also a few have asked if ever thought about getting my masters degree.

I don't want to get a masters degree in just business or marketing, but was thinking of something specialized and potentially pursuing that. Since I'm in the insurance field I was thinking of getting into actuary or data science.

The company I'm at actually promotes within A LOT, and help people get into roles they think they will do it.

My minor in college was in Statistics, and the last 10 years of my life was data oriented. Also I have built some of my own apps a few times over the years when I dedicated my full time to it.

Call times with kids

Hey guys,

What do you all do about scheduling times for your kids to speak with their mom? Do you have a set schedule, or keep it more casual?

Do you record calls with one of the court appointed apps? How long does your child talk to mom?

My ex does this thing where she tells my daughter that she is supposed to call mom. I think this is wrong because I know my ex uses it as a manipulation tactic. My daughter will not call mom, then my ex will make comments to her making her feel bad like “you don’t love mom enough to call me?”.

At the moment I don’t like when mom calls cause she has asked my daughter do video calls and had used screenshots of my place and used them in court. I heard my ex say “show me your bed”, and a few screenshots were used in court.

Mom has called a few times during bedtime. She knows that time is when we get ready and it makes the whole process longer. Instead of saying “love you, bye” and then hanging up, she will start saying her I love you ritual which takes 5-10 mins, and then say she’s not going to hang up at all and my daughter has to it. My daughter doesn’t like that cause she guilt trips her the next day saying she can’t believe she was so quick to hang up on mom.

What do you dads who own a business do about child support?

I own a business but mom is trying to claim the total revenue is my income which is far from true. I do low-mid six figures in revenue.

Do you just provide what you pay yourself?
In my situation I wouldn’t say I give myself a true salary but only take out for things I need to purchase (groceries, car payment, etc).

How is your business setup for how you pay yourself?
