I have been training regularly at the gym six days a week for two years, and almost everyone in my class knows it. In these two years, almost no one has beaten me in arm wrestling, even though I do not practice it often . Today, a classmate beat me, and everyone started saying that my two years in the gym is waste and from somewhere i heard he quit gym 2yrs ago . But in contrast at first when we are starting he stepped back and i arm wrestled with.someone which hold me for a while but at the end i win defeating him and now that guy came with let's start .

I am feeling ashamed on my myself and wanted to defeat him ..

For some days i distracted so much waste times in scrolling whatever and found at end of the day today i didn't do anything productive..how to Focus in studies always after some time I distracted

Is everything will be normal?? I am sure it will !!

Few months before i visited in a weeding in dhanbad, jharkhand where I saw one girl she is something I can't imagine i am the only person who don't believe in this love pyar wayar topics but when I see her at first sight it was something different felling but only for a week (happiness is limited) we make eye contact 2-3 days and with some courage I talk her last day I was there from somewhere i found her insta acc and requested I told her but she didn't now from somewhere i heard she has bf already now it's almost 120 days i last saw her always looking her pic praying to good 11:11 which things I said rubbish earlier looking her private profile daily ... So i am in class 10(boards class) everyone in house only telling same thing padhlo babu kaam ayega i know it's true I am not very bad student score decent marks i think more than decent also but nowadays from few months i don't concentrate in studies well i think the main reason is I get personal phone but not use much 5 hrs maximum normal 3 hrs but still not found effective study . I think the main important reason is time management. Suggest me ways to do time management i also don't go school regularly 3-4 days in a week (exams from next week☠️...)
