I just started 10.5 today (I forgot my doctor said take it at night and i accidentally took it in the morning) and ive been having flu like symptoms all day, it started a few hours after taking it. Ive been freezing and having chills all day and feel pretty woozy and fatigued. is this pretty standard for side effects and how long do these symptoms take to go away?

I have had top surgery so im fully flat up top, but very curvy and mid/plus sized still which im kinda loving.

I've been trying out womens undergarments for the first time but have run into issues due to body shape, bottoms I dont have an issue with but bras and lingerie im running into issues with sizing due to lack of breast tissue.

Does anyone have budget friendly recs for places online that either have a lot of bralette options or are top surgery/flat chest friendly? I like Adore Me for other stuff but they dont have a lot of bra options for me. Thanks yall!

I had issues with spotting and cramping for a while on T (been on it for 3 years) so I was prescribed estrogen suppositories, they kind of caused discomfort and burning so I eventually stopped and just dealt with the symptoms as it was really just the spotting and cramps.

It's been like over 6 months since I stopped and now I only get any period symptoms if I miss my shot but it never lasts long. I actually also had a scan of my pelvis semi recently (4 months ago maybe) for joint problems and on the results atrophic ovaries were noted so I guess even though I am experiencing atrophy I don't have symptoms anymore. Can this happen?

I really disliked being on the suppositories because of the physical discomfort and my doctor said my only other option would be to consider a hysterectomy so if im like physically fine symptoms wise idk how big of an issue it would be to just keep going like this 😬

Do any of yall have a similar experience to mine? Not sure what route I should pursue as hysterectomy would be years down the line

I was really excited for this one based on the notes, I actually was only planning on buying two FS rollerballs but this sounded so promising that i bought a rollerball for it too. Honestly all i could smell was cake batter extract. I spent like half an hour smelling my hand thinking maybe I was getting other notes, but i really just could smell the cake batter. Its not bad i was just sad i didnt get anything else because the other notes were so interesting! I might try this again after letting it sit for a while.

Rain Dance (sweet pea, clover, grape hyacinth, clover, dewy skin, rain)

I was expecting something completely different than what I smelled. Instantly i was hit with artificial grape which was interesting. I noticed that smelling right on the top of the rollerball, and right when it was on my skin, it was just grape, but when i smelled on the side of the rollerball where it had dried a little (and when it dried on my skin) i got a lovely petrichor smell. The grape died down after a bit and it mixed nicely with the light florals and petrichor. This is another one ill try again after letting it sit.

Lunar Conspiracy (pink pepper, white peony, grey amber, jack pine)

Starts with pink pepper, and gets almost fruity with the pine and peony. I couldn't really get the pine at first, but it dried down into a nice fresh scent. the fruitiness kind of went away after a bit and the peony and pine got more fresh and light. I lost the pink pepper pretty quick unfortunately but I still really liked the scent.

Girl Crush (hazelnut cappuccino, raspberry, pear shampoo, warm skin)

I was SO EXCITED for girl crush (spoiler, i still am), it was actually the reason I ordered in the first place! It starts very strong with the cappuccino and hazelnut, which is so lovely, not too sweet and not too bitter, and mixes super well with the raspberry and fresh pear. I was so intrigued by the mix of notes this perfume has and it absolutely lived up to my expectations!

Novel Creature (espresso, magazines, new books, polished wood, a strangers perfume)

INSTANT strong espresso right out of the bottle and on my skin. That dried down into almost nothing and was replaced by an eerily accurate new book/magazine smell. Honestly the notes are insanely accurate so i dont have a whole lot to say other than I wish the espresso lasted longer because it was so lovely!

Pink Cloud (nectarine, lily of the valley, cotton candy, shaved legs, evening breeze)

I literally have nothing bad to say about this, i am buying a bigger size as soon as I can. The cotton candy is so juicy and sugary, and the nectarine is like photorealstic. I love the slight shaving cream/fruity soap scent i'm getting too (its NOT soapy in the bad sense). This was THE freebie I was hoping to get once I heard people were getting freebies from the new scents. I was kicking myself while waiting for my order because i soooo should have ordered the bigger size for pink cloud because every note is right up my alley so i was so happy i got it as a sample!

I'm actually planning on ordering some samples for a bunch of scents I was also interested in soon as I think I learned my lesson on buying FS for scents I havent tried yet lol. I am becoming a very big fan or cardinal scents, hopefully my reviews are helpful to someone!

ive been stable on my meds and my psychiatrist wants me to wean off one of them as the main one is working really well and I want to be on less meds, but I think im starting to get bad again.

There's a less risky med I can be put on to replace the one im weaning off of to help with my mood swings but new meds really scare me and it was hard enough starting the main one I got put on, plus the new one takes a while to start working.

I just feel so disinterested in everything and today I started getting more severe mood issues, its been about a week since I went down on the med im going off of so I guess that makes sense.

Im debating telling anyone or my parents because I hate talking about this so much (im 21 and am really close with my parents and live with them when im not in school) but i dont want to end up in the hospital again or something.

Idk if im gonna message my psychiatrist because a big part of me wants to push through it and not be on a new medication ive never been on, but im kind of freaking out.

I feel weird being in bipolar spaces because my official diagnosis is cyclothymia not bipolar but I really need support rn.

I have had trouble sleeping and have had issues with severe fatigue for years. I take seroquel to help me sleep and I honestly sleep really well on it, but I think i probably get too much sleep on top of everything. I go to bed anywhere from 7:30pm-9pm and wake up around 6am every day, if i get less than 9-10 hours i can barely function.

My main issue is when I wake up I feel totally fine and am able to immediately get out of bed and take a shower and get dressed, but after im done getting ready my eyes start drooping and my energy crashes and I have to close my eyes for an hour to an hour and a half, usually fully falling asleep during this.

I had a sleep study and was tested for narcolepsy and sleep apnea but sleep apnea and narcolepsy were negative and they didnt find anything other than a couple times i stopped breathing for a second but it wasn't anywhere near severe enough to be sleep apnea I was told.

I have some undiagnosed medical issues that are mimicking autoimmune conditions (severe joint pain, severe fatigue, fevers at night on occasion, POTS which is well managed now, severe gluten intolerance, chronic allergy symptoms and allergic reactions, etc) but everything has been negative so far with the blood tests so that is going nowhere.

I also was pretty iron deficient and had an infusion recently which brought me to normal levels but my fatigue is still getting worse.

It really sucks that this happens because I will be out sometimes during these morning episodes and its embarrassing to have to put my head down in public. I just feel so tired and idk what to do or if this is even a thing that happens to other people.

If anyone has any advice or can relate to this please let me know.
