How to avoid pain of root canal crack for a month as I can't visit dentist ?

I got a root canal in lower left 2nd molar in Sep 2024, and a cavity filling in lower left 1st Molar in June 2025, My root canal filling didn't have crown as I have short gums so it wasn't possible. So my root canal filling was open. I suddenly started getting chewing pain in my left lower 1st molar, 2 days ago, where I felt like crying after every bite. I went to dentist today, he said that root canal filling tooth has a crack and needs extraction, I have a flight for a foreign visit for a month, so can't go ahead with extraction now, how do I avoid pain he's suggested some strong ibuprofen but only for emergency level pain ? How to avoid extraction for a month ?

Pain in Cavity filling overnight after 1-2 years

So I had a Cavity in my left lower first molar, mid 2025, got it cleaned and filled with composite. Now until yesterday evening everything was normal, but today morning since I woke up, I cant chew, it hurts.
