Another Savers score. This time: Jazz
I actually put a few back, including another Charlie Parker (self label) with a ton of scuff marks.

I’ve noticed that vinyl goes in streaks. Suddenly, you’ll hit a trench of great records.
Took a day trip to Portland Maine and decided I was only going to hunt one specific album - Aja. Major hole in my collection. I also decided to be picky and stick to the first run or MOFI pressing.
Shocked to see AB-1006 on the dead wax. My wife asked me if this would be a good birthday present.
Listening right now and Deacon Blues sounds freaking amazing.
Pan on the left was scored for $6 at a Goodwill 15 years ago. Pan on the right was scored at the same Goodwill yesterday for $10.
Another 45 years and I can get the whole set.
Also snagged a KTel best of ABBA and John Lennon Collection. All keepers.
$2. Savers. One small scuff on vinyl. Looks like it will play just fine. After a run through the ultrasonic.
I switched to a chamber vacuum sealer because I wasn't getting consistent results with my external vacuum sealer.
However, I'm not happy with the amount of air that's left in the bag. The issue is most noticeable when vacuum sealing fresh meat. AI told me that this is normal for soft tissue, but I'm not convinced. Store bought vacuum packed meat usually has little to no air left in the bag, and that's the result I was expecting.
When I vacuum pack coffee beans, the results are good, comes out like a brick. But with fresh meat, the bag is always loose and there's a noticeable amount of air left.
What do you guys think? Am I doing something wrong, or are my expectations unrealistic?

I dunno. Just covering the karma bases here.
Good job, guys!
I’m on a kick to recreate my high school era CD collection on vinyl.
1 - because it was stolen out of my car in the early 2000s.
2 - because I fucking can afford it now. Well. Not really. But that hasn’t stopped me!
I call it my “Class of 97” collection.
This one was a staple. My first CD I bought with my first paycheck from the grocery store I worked at before I even started high school! I worked like 3-4 hours just to buy it at Pamida. lol.
