Hello! The last time I saw this discussion was about 6 months ago, so I figured it’d be ok to ask this again now :] (especially with getting new or updated experiences)

I was diagnosed with PMOS and have a testosterone level of almost 80, with 35 to be the max for my body chemistry. I’m a nonbinary individual and want to androgenize. I have pretty good skin (thanks genetics), have more body hair than what’s considered normal, and have a wider vocal range. I don’t want cis levels of T but want enough to be noticeable (body fat redistribution, muscle increases, clitoris enlargement). I am afraid of the possibility of hair loss…

I guess I’m asking if anyone has experience with micro-dosing or doing a low dose of T while having elevated testosterone levels already.

Looking for advice and for others who may have/had similar feelings.

I’m in the process of scheduling consults with a surgeon for top surgery next year (yippee!) and am still researching/talking to an endo about starting T. I want to be neutral, as androgynous as I can be, and genuinely make people question my gender.

Besides clothing and playing with hair (and the medical things above), what else can I do? What have you all done to be more gender neutral?

Hey all. Ever since I’ve been thinking more of my transition (within the past year or so), I’ve had such a disconnect between how I see myself in my head and what I actually see physically. This has led me to have pretty much zero libido, to my partner’s disappointment. I want to feel comfortable in my own body before being intimate, and that includes having (at least) top surgery and a hysterectomy. But that’s gonna take years to achieve and my partner can’t wait that long.

I’m at kind of a loss and am on the verge of trying some libido boosting gummies or something.

I wanted to ask you guys about any bottom dysphoria you may have experienced, and maybe give a name to these feelings I’ve had recently

I’ve been with my partner for almost 5 years now. They’re my rock, my #1 supporter, and have been with me throughout my entire transition. Our intimate life used to be great. For about a year now, though, my libido is practically zero and anything including penetration makes me feel physically sick. Like getting up to go dry heave/gag over the toilet :/

We’ve tried foreplay, different positions, but nothing seems to help. I’m suspecting it being a result of how i identify and feel about my current appearance (large chested, short, curvy but I want to look androgynous + have people question *what* I am). I’m wondering if I’m associating my current anatomy with being ✨womanly✨ and that’s turning me off from enjoying my partner.

I don’t know if you guys have any advice or if I’m speaking into the void. These feelings have made me feel like an inadequate partner and have made me spiral on more than one occasion. Thank you for hearing me out :’] (I’m from CA in the US if anyone needs to know for anything)
