i've had a complicated relationship with food for most of my life. the thing that changed it: learning to listen to my body instead of fighting it.

so i tried every food-scanner app. all of them broke the same way: they score the product, not the person. great scores on things i'm allergic to. bad scores for natural sugar from fruit. zero awareness of celiac, religious restrictions, heart conditions.

but beggars can't be choosers!
