Hi Everyone,

I'm a 39M working in tech at an MNC in Bengaluru. Most of my friends and acquaintances around my age are busy with work and family, so we end up meeting only once or twice a year. I'd like to build a small circle of like-minded people to meet more regularly.

I'm looking to connect with people in the 35–45(M) age group who enjoy good conversations and meetups over drinks, exploring restaurants, browsing malls, or even weekend trips. We can talk about technology, upskilling, corporate life, workplace stories, investments, movies, travel, or just about anything that's interesting and enjoyable.

A few things I'd like this group to be:

• A relaxed, respectful space where no one feels pressured to share personal details.
• Similar to hanging out with office colleagues friendly, mature, and respectful.
• Respectful of fellow patrons and mindful of the rules and etiquette of the restaurants, cafes, pubs, malls, and other places we visit.
• Inclusive and free of unnecessary drama or uncomfortable discussions.
• Avoid discussions focused on personal difficulties, financial help requests, or donations to keep the group focused on casual socializing and enjoyable conversations.
• Split bills equally during meetups.

If there is already an existing group or community in Bengaluru that matches this idea, please feel free to recommend it. I would be happy to join rather than create a new one.
