Found her at a garage sale this weekend
I don’t normally collect the tweens but she’s adorable! I’m actually realizing this is a great size for a doll, and I may keep my eye out for others.

She is wearing:
- A dress from an early 2000s 3-fashion gift pack that came with the number 68585, although if you google that, it will bring up other gift sets. I see it sometimes listed as “sweet and stylish”. Not difficult to find secondhand.
- Sunglasses from the KPDH Jinu doll
- A strip of fabric for a head scarf
- Her own earrings and shoes
A section in the front right of her hair is significantly shorter than all the rest, so be aware of that if you want to take the hair down on yours. The half up style kind of hides it, but there are still some short pieces on her right that I had to use hairspray to smooth into the straight part before the flip.
I cursed a lot trying to fight with those short pieces. But I really hate those giant shellac buns Mattel makes.
I received her in a lot of TLC Barbies. I like to believe that a child, or maybe two, loved and played with her for years. And now she’s ready for a spa day and vacation.
She just needed a good wash, a lip and brow touchup, and some new clothes. I had this Nichelle fashion pack ready for her, and I decided to add some nail charms to her hair.
I didn’t touch up her damaged thumb, but it doesn’t bother me. It’s part of her story. 🩵

ETA: thank you kindly for the award!
I bought one from this line because I liked them all, even Dana in an ironic way. And I was fine with whichever one I got, and that was going to be my only Bratziez purchase. What emerged from the box was an abomination that doesn’t deserve to bear the name of Nevra lol. The picture doesn’t even capture how weird she looks in person.
Fortunately, I found some Babyz for cheap at the local discount stores. Time to bubufy them.
Legendary Ross haul for me! There were at least 2 more of each doll as well. Southeastern US. Purchased today.
Saving about $4 per ball. I already opened these, lol.
Love her so much. I had this doll as a child but I believe it was the budget version. She has 10 miles of well-rooted brunette Saran. The extension clips were almost impossible to secure though.
The embellished dress and “real” necklace are my favorite parts though. Those little touches that show some care was put into her creation. 🩵💛🩷
Item purchased: 7/4
End of ETA window: 7/17
Case opened: 7/18
eBay gave the seller until 7/23 to respond to the case and then said they would step in.
I requested that they step in on 7/24 and the notice said it would be resolved in 48 hours. The support page just loops me around and around without help.
I don’t remember eBay allowing this much time for the resolution of an unshipped item before. I was expecting them to resolve it on 7/18 or a day or two afterward. Did it change or am I misremembering?
ETA:
I need to take a break from replies. I appreciate all the support. ❤️

Late dx (post marriage) AuDHD married to suspected ADHD (m). I already know what I need to do, and I will do it once I have cleared some financial hurdles and can afford to split assets.
But, in the meantime, I am living in a state of perpetual burnout. And have been since my child was born 4 years ago.
As far as men go, my spouse is actually a pretty good one. As if that’s saying much. But, even the good ones still received male socialization. And I cannot carry the burden of being his deprogrammer no matter how willing he is to be deprogrammed — and he could certainly be more willing.
There’s also the matter of him not being willing to pursue an ADHD diagnosis, and therefore help mitigating the effects of ADHD. All the shit he drops just falls to me, which, again — male programming. He can wander through life, forgetting or neglecting the most important of tasks, because I have no choice but to pick them up if I don’t want to deal with the consequences.
And even if none of this were true, I have learned that we just aren’t compatible on a fundamental level. I have been forced to unmask due to severe burnout, and there has also been some voluntary unmasking in an attempt to live a more authentic life. And I just feel constantly like an alien in his presence.
Our interests are different. Our goals are different. Just our very ways of being are different. And I am no longer willing to negotiate on anything inside of my home.
I think, in fact, I don’t really want to be married to anyone. Except for the areas where my needs conflict with my daughter’s, I don’t want to compromise on how I live my life.
I don’t want to consider anyone else’s feelings on the thermostat. I don’t want to go out and visit people I don’t want to visit. I want to come home when I want to. I want to go to bed when I want to, and wake up when I want to, without anyone disturbing my sleep with their late night movements or early morning snooze alarm that goes off five times.
I want to say no without guilt. I want to decorate my home, however I want to. I want to get a crazy haircut with no comments from the peanut gallery. I want to sleep with a stuffed animal without a weird side eye. I want to cook whatever I am able to cook that day — and whatever my daughter will eat happily — without worrying if someone is going to critique it.
And yes, you can have some of this some of the time in a good marriage. But I want it all of the time with no exceptions. Well — one exception: my daughter. Who I will happily accommodate.
I guess, I’m finding out way too late that I was born for the single life. And I am just counting down the days and trying to survive until I get there.
Super easy project and a good use for any duplicates! 🍋🟩🍰💕
I ordered the frame from Frame It Easy and it’s a bit more fluorescent than it appeared on my screen, but it still looks spectacular imho.
So happy to finally find her for a fairly decent price. And to think I almost caved on the $149 listing. 😭😭
She’s sooo much prettier in person.
I normally really like a high contrast doll but I’m in love with this one. She looks like chantilly cake 🍰 The glossy lips and metallic crease/lower liner is so delicate.
I even like her couture babushka getup 🪆
