Climate control help

Does anyone know to get the recirculate air to stay on?

It now automatically turns off after a while since the last update and is an absolute nuisance

Tyre question.

This one is more for Australian owners,

But what was the amount of kilometres you got from the stock tyres?

I've done about 55k on my current ones.

Also looking for recommendations on new tyres because I find the stock ones slip a lot on acceleration in the wet

Hi all,

Looking for tips on how to cook thinner steaks (maybe half inch) and get a decent crust and fat rendering before over shooting the medium-rare mark

Cheers

I inherited an apartment worth $550k owned outright.

I have a mortgage on my own property with $700k left to pay (just over 28 years left)

Looking for pros and cons for each scenario:

  1. Rent the apartment out for $600 per week.

  2. Sell the apartment and put the money straight towards my own mortgage.

  3. Sell the apartment but put the money into an offset account

TIA
