Bakit ganun culture sa madaming local companies. Not just small companies, companies like Globe, JFC, uso ang sigawan at murahan, from senior leaders pa ha. Meron din naman instances niyan sa foreign companies but the majority of the people that do it feel embarrassed or apologetic, not the norm. With exception like Amdocs pero kasi Israeli ang ka-work dun so that's another story.
