Best camouflage for Southern France?

As the title says, before anyone says French CCE. That one is a good camouflage, but it is definitely meant more for use in Northern Parts of the country or fighting in Germany because it's a cold war camouflage pattern.
I'm in France's equivalent of a state where there's one single city and aside from that CORN FIELDS EVERYWHERE

Anywhere I can buy EMR Spring fabric?
I tried to look everywhere. Aliexpress, Alibaba, sources in Russia using my limited understanding of the language. No luck. I could settle for EMR-M but that stuff from China seems to be only from one company that charges 500€ for delivery.

European starting my AK journey: KUSA KR103 vs Saiga MK103?
Now, I know literally everyone will say to go with the Saiga, at first. The thing is they're all used, to the point a rusted one is up for 1850€. 2500€ for a used Saiga in good condition is a good deal, with 3400€ for a new one being a steal. All the while *earlier batch* KR103s from USA are sitting un-bought for 2000€ a piece brand new with everything in box.
