Please help. More context below.

I’m due to have my second child October 23rd. This is my transit chart for mid October. I don’t want to return back to work right after having my baby.. for many reasons. But I’m very torn between how this will affect me career wise. I’m at a constant battle between career/ financial success and being a very present active mom. Even while working I’m present once home, but it doesn’t feel like enough. Will finances work out? Will this push my career back even further? I need advice.
