So this is a bit of an odd one. Yesterday at around 5:15pm I posted around 4 parcels at my local InPost locker. Everything all fine, lockers shut normally, all good. Today however, at around 6pm I went to post another parcel. And as I did, I noticed one of the parcels I posted yesterday hidden on top of the lockers, barely poking out.

I only recognised it because of the pink bags I use and the fact I wrote ‘NJ’ on it (just so I could distinguish which parcel was which). However, the tracking on Vinted says it’s in transit? The only thing I can think of is that the InPost courier person put it there to maybe steal it?

I can’t cancel the transaction on Vinted or anything since it’s showing as sent, I can’t reuse the InPost code to resend it, I’ve sent a complaint email to InPost and requested the CCTV, but I’m really confused as to why or how the parcel I sent yesterday would just be hidden on top of the lockers like that. And what exactly is in transit? I have it in my hands so it’s clearly not. Honestly not sure what to do in this situation?
