When will the sleep deprivation stop?
I have been on a 250 deficit since roughly 2 months, with a few cheat meal, I have been losing weight consistently. My question is when willl my sleep improve ? Earlier i used to sleep 8 hours straight , now its 6.5 hours , but i dont feel refreshed when i wake up ( also cant go back to sleep ) . I wake very hungry , i tried eating some chicken+ nuts + some carbs very close to my bed time but that didnt help much
height - 5' 8"
Starting weight - 94 Current - 90.5
Mornning workouts ,2 cups coffee before 1pm , sleep time is 10-10:30pm
