Usually when a statement closes on July 25, I don't get the statement until tomorrow.

I am running Linux Mint on a Dell desktop PC.
The time is correct.
When I take the USB flash drive with files to my mom's Windows 10 PC, the time stamp of the files on the USB flash drive shows +3 hours.
If the time stamp is 10 am on Linux , the time stamp of the same file shows as 1 pm.
What is causing this?
Both are set for Eastern Time zone.

I am looking at the final receipt.
The total for the two items + service fee + tax + tip = $42.66 according the numbers Doordash gives me.
Yet, $30.42 was taken from my Doordash credits (I had added $100 Doordash gift card earlier in the week). Then Doordash charges my credit card another $4.32 which is pending.
So, in total, I paid Doordash $30.42 + $4.32 = $34.74
