I finally own this again after 16 years!

My mom or grandma (I forgot who) bought me this figure from Toys R Us in early 2010. 9 year old me became instantly hooked on BioShock once the second game came out with all the Neca figures. I still have my original figure somewhere, but it’s probably super beat up. Anyways, I’m happy to have this sealed one

Question about the grants I received

I recently got a NCNS because I thought I worked at a different time, and I may be getting a CA. Do these still take a year to drop off, or has the policy been updated?
