Faster muscle growth?

Context: I'm quite young and used to work out quite a bit. I spent about a year or so working out from absolutely skinny to on the lower end of healthy BMI. Used to be BMI 17.5, then around 19, now I'm 20.2

In the last 2 or so months I've picked up working out again. However, this isn't at the gym anymore, instead I only do pushup variations and pullup variations. I did lose about 3kg of weight be it fat and muscle a few months ago but now I've regained it all back and I'm my heaviest eating a very high fat and protein diet.

What I wanted to say is that in these last 2-2.5 months I've been doing calisthenics following this kind of diet (lots of meat and dairy), I've visibily noticed quicker muscle growth than I ever have on a diet where I ate lots of peanut butter, oats, bread, and some milk.

I'm guessing this is semi newbie gains + more bioavailable protein, zinc, and creatine from the food I eat which let's my body form it so efficiently. Right now I physically look as if I've been working out for about a year straight even though I was fairly skinny and thin a few months back.

Lmk what you think

Why do you guys think pasteurized milk is so awful

Yes some beneficial bacteria and nutrients are lost but it's not gonna clog your arteries because of the denatured calcium like many people claim. That is just straight bs

This is a dumb fuckin diet, y'all are dumber than vegans

Seriously. Who would've thought of this. Only fruit ? Atleast vegans try to look for plants with nutrients (they still fail) but you guys have nothing. Potassium, sugar, vitamin c, magnesium. That's it.

Quit this diet PLEASE before you do irreversible damage to yourself. No human was ever made for a fructose diet

There should be a new level rating read desc

It would be called something like Exotic, Apex, or Divine.

At the end of each year there is a community rating where 5-10 of the best levels from that year are voted to be chosen as the Divine level of the year. Maybe 3 divines a year if 1 is too little bit this is because I feel like mythics are great but just not enough to highlight the absolute potential of the game

Also going with the theme of dragon ball colors, ultra instinct should be added

Any clear facts on phosphorus to calcium balance?

On a carnivore diet, you will get way more phosphorus than calcium especially if you don't consume milk, bone broth, or even egg shells very often.

I haven't found many posts about this topic here but is there any significance to this?

Is too much phosphorus really bad? Doesn't your body regulate it? Any studies about this?

Someone tell me why calories aren't bullshit?

Firstly, your body composition is managed by your hormones. Be it muscle mass, fat, and even bone density.

Secondly, you are mostly water.

Thirdly, calories are an estimation of plus or minus 20% of the heat increase in water after a food is combusted. (Not the EXACT definition but ygtp)

So how can anyone still use the word calories when talking about food and nutrition?

Can you seriously accurate determine how much weight you will gain if you add 100 calories of food. Even if it's 100 calories of carbohydrates that will react differently than calories of protein.

People tell me "then how did I lose weight with a deficit" you just simply ate such less amounts of food where all the noise is eliminated.

The "energy" you yield from food depends on how much reduced carbon/hydrogen molecules a food has (fat contains the highest) NOT a number that is estimated

Let's quit using this word 👍

Can half the mods just be demoted?

For fucks sake, most of you don't do anything. You never stream, you never open your level request servers, you don't read dms or have them off, and you don't send any levels ever.

Most of you are straight up frauds. There are maybe 5-10 mods who actively stream and check levels, the rest of you lazy slobs have "BLAH BLAH BLAH NO DM REQUESTS" in your bio

Spam me the best anti seed oil debunking videos

Trying to stop my Eric Berg enjoying mother from undermining my efforts at trying to improve my obese father’s diet (will be the difference between him having 25-40g of canola/sunflower oil Vs 25-40g of ghee or MCT oil per day)

She don’t listen to me coz I don’t have YT subscribers.

I was never interested in the seed oil stuff so never watched anything, so I don’t know what good videos there are ect.
