Can I give away a phone I just bought?

Recently purchased an iPhone 17e with a $200 promo code but decided to switch carriers after using it. Is there anything stopping me from giving it away for monetary gain? It was activated on my service and I’m aware it’s locked to total wireless. I don’t want to send it back if I don’t have to and wait 2-3 months for refund

Upgrade changed plan

About a year ago, my wife and I switched from our original Total Wireless plan to a Total by Verizon plan. The change was done over the phone, so I don't have documentation showing the exact plan name. What I do know is that we had two lines with 5G Ultra Wideband service and were paying about $60/month total. The bill showed a $25 discount on each line, bringing the total down from around $110 to about $60. Recently we upgraded our phones, and during that process our plan was changed. Our monthly bill is now $85/month. Since Saturday, I've spent multiple calls with customer service trying to figure out what happened. The responses have been unbelievable. I've been told: It's impossible that we were paying $60/month. All of our payments supposedly failed for the past year. We must be mistaken about what our plan cost. They questioned why we thought they would "basically give us a line for free." Today I asked to speak with a supervisor. The representative told me that all supervisors were in a meeting for the next two hours. I responded that it seemed unlikely there wasn't a single supervisor available to take an escalation. The representative then replied, "Have you ever been in a meeting before? Do you only have half the company attend?" At that point I said I would simply wait the two hours and speak with a supervisor when the meeting was over. Instead, the representative hung up on me. Honestly, at this point I'm almost more frustrated with the customer service than I am with the bill increase. I understand plans change and mistakes happen, but being told I'm lying about what I've been paying for the last year and then getting sarcastic responses when asking for a supervisor is something I've never experienced before. Has anyone else had Total change their plan during an upgrade and then deny what their previous plan cost? Is there a better way to escalate this issue and get someone to actually review the account history?

Used up my luck for the month!

Called Scheels the other day to ask if they had a chargemaster link. They said they had 2 so off I went. Get there and I see a display and no boxes, asked an employee who offered to sell the display and he left to grab the box. 20-30 minutes later and he says that the only box they have is a supreme but offered to give me that and I just wouldn’t have a manual. They offered me 10% off for the wait and I agreed I also had two $25 gift cards, so out the door. It was $219 plus tax. Thought I had done pretty decently and I would just call RCBS for a manual. Open it up today and realized that it was actually the supreme and they had it tagged wrong.

Lowering service

If I lower my service from residential max to the 100 or 200 level, would there be any kind of fee to go back to max?

I’ve been out of work for four months now and finally have an offer for a temporary position that would get me an experience into a field that I’ve been trying to break into (Accounting) it could be as little as three weeks and as long as three months. My concern is that they told me that I have two options: I could be hired under a 1099 which I know isn’t correct because I would have set hours at a set location. The other option would be to be hired under a temp agency that they work with. If I choose the 1099 they said they would increase the wages to cover the cost of the extra taxes, but I still feel like there would be other protections missing. Should I just take it under the staffing agency?

Last night I was going to purchase one of the VZ flare guns and was looking around and decided to throw in one of their cz82 bundles, an extra magazine and an empty crate. Shipping was $80. I had the insane idea that since one of the items was an empty crate designed to carry guns that they could just put everything in that and save on shipping so today I called them and they are telling me that they have to ship everything separately for FedEx compliance. Why do I feel like if I place this order they’re gonna do exactly what I had the idea to do and save $50 on shipping while I pay for it? has anyone heard of this FedEx rule?
