The main guy is on hiatus, I've been trying to figure it out with no experience. I plan on making a tutorial when I get it working.

In the future I plan on making

1. A PC port

2. A flat conversation

3. Reskin &or remake of the other 5 arkham games in VR

In the mean time what mods would guys want.

VR is already a pretty niche part of gaming, which honestly makes preservation even more important. I'm especially worried about PlayStation VR, Nintendo VR, and Meta's VR ecosystem.

A lot of people don't really think about this, but Meta is basically its own console platform at this point. We've already had multiple generations of Quest hardware and multiple versions of the Oculus/Meta storefront, with an ecosystem that's almost entirely digital. In a lot of ways, Meta was one of the first major gaming platforms to go all-in on an all-digital VR console ecosystem.

And Meta isn't the only example. Valve and HTC did something similar with the Vive, with Viveport creating another separate storefront for VR games alongside Steam. While SteamVR itself remained part of Steam, having another major VR storefront added even more fragmentation to an already niche market.

That creates a huge preservation problem. A lot of these games were made specifically for one headset, one console, or one set of controllers. If they're delisted, you can't always just move them over to PCVR or Quest. Someone may actually have to port the game and rebuild parts of the VR system to make it work on newer hardware.

We've already seen PSVR games and licensed VR experiences disappear from digital stores. Nintendo has also had VR content tied to specific hardware that could become much harder to access as those systems get older.

And PSVR has another major problem: PS4 emulation has come a long way, but PSVR emulation basically hasn't been touched yet. Even if PS4 emulation eventually becomes good enough to preserve the traditional PS4 library, that doesn't automatically preserve PSVR. You still have to deal with the headset, tracking, motion controllers, stereoscopic rendering, and all the other hardware-specific parts of the experience.

What worries me is that these aren't always big AAA games that people will notice disappearing. A lot of them are smaller games, experiments, demos, promotional experiences, and licensed titles. Once they're gone, they can be forgotten pretty quickly.

VR is still a relatively young medium, and we're already losing parts of its history.

Just because VR is niche doesn't mean it's not worth preserving. If anything, being niche makes it easier for these games to disappear without anyone noticing.
