Of people that actually exist, who are some of the most overrated/overstated in how they're represented, compared what they actually contributed? (Besides the fake characters) Are there some you wonder how they get chosen to be represented when there are people more deserving that are still unplayable?
And vice versa, who either isn't even a playable character, or is but is just kind of there, but is a major player in the overall landscape of that period?
And who are some of the characters that make you laugh considering how they're portrayed personality-wise, or maybe even their outfits. Like who feels the most off with how they seem in the games based on what we know from history?
It seems like he was involved in a lot of successful battles that led to deaths of key generals of Wei. Do the historians really think he was rebelling against Shu at the end? Or was it just vendetta? Was the wrong side chosen in the rift? Was he handcuffed by Zhuge Liang? Also seems like he was well liked and regarded by Liu Bei, so how does it get to the point they allow him to be killed off as a rebel?
Also, why on earth is he chosen to be represented as a moronic brute? Is there even a shrivel of a basis in reality for his represention?

Doing GameFly right now because there a deal for $2.50 for US' 250th anniversary, and I remembered I played a quick demo of Yumia and it seemed like it might be fun in the full game, so I added it to my queue. However is it even considered a good entry by the fans? Is it different than the rest of the series? I've always been somewhat curious about the series, but one reason or another, I've never actually tried one before.
So. Generally I've heard not all that positive of stuff about this game. Just in general, but especially that it feels very pay to win heavy.
I love Duodecim, and Opera Omnia (too bad I got into it less than a year before it died...), so I'm curious how this feels and plays.
I hadn't really cared after seeing initial comments that weren't remotely glowing, but now seeing Tidus stuff I'm kind of curious. (although, idk why he wasn't there in the first place?)
Also, I know just because you play a game doesn't necessarily mean you recommend it to others, especially with gachas, sometimes just stick with it because you've already invested time or have pulls built up or whatever, and not that you're necessarily enjoying yourself.
So just curious how it plays, and how fun it actually is. And are there some amusing character interactions like in Dissida games of old?
I debated including Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, but decided that would start a bigger argument.

Tbh, I love both duos.

Noel is possibly my favorite male character in FF, for sure favorite main character. But Serah is really likeable as well.

However Lann is hilarious and I love the sibling bickering dynamics. They somewhat remind me of late 90s, early 2000s cartoons. WoFF is honestly the funniest game I've ever played that humor wasn't the main intention of.

Based on how they interact with each other, I might have to lean Reynn and Lann. But I don't feel strongly about Reynn as a solo character whereas I feel both Serah and Noel are upper echelon for me. So idk, I can't decide.
