I have 11.4k followers, but for a while now, my posts haven't been getting more than 30-50 likes. From what I can tell, they're only being recommended to my existing followers and no longer appear on the Explore page. I'd like to know what I can change or do to reach more people and get more likes.

Let's say I posted content on my first account and collaborated with my second. The problem is that I deleted the second account in August 2025 because I no longer needed it, meaning 30 days have passed and it's impossible to recover it. I checked and didn't receive any email from Instagram confirming the account deletion, even though they usually send one. I tried accessing my second account and lied, saying I had forgotten my password, and was redirected to a number that isn't mine. When I search for the account, it doesn't appear on Instagram, and when I try to access it, I get a message saying it doesn't exist. The question is: I was the one who created the posts with my first account, so why did they disappear? This shouldn't have happened.

Hi, i bought the subscription to meta verified about 3 days ago. I did the verification and i got the blue badge, however i bought it to get enanched assistance and even if i can access the meta verified center, when i click get help it takes me to a page that says the page is currently not availabe.

Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?
