tried on after effects but it seems impossible there, like the output is nowhere close to shippable.

Stumbled upon eleven labs/sync .

so but still think they will break at 2hrs+ videos.

Anyone done this? I don’t wanna solve a problem that’s already been solved.

Okay when you are negotiating, you don't actually have another offer, but you also know this is part that many of us lie about and the chances are high you get a higher offer, but should you even do it?

My friend had done this and he ended up getting a revised offer higher by almost 15%.

Now, while prepping for the interview online on careerflow, I’m in 2 minds if i should blatantly lie, really don’t know what to do.

So my sister has been a Human Resources Manager (associate earlier) co for a few years now, decent money, fairly senior team. But feels like promotions might be slow from here on.

So she has been thinking of doing one of these pgp in hr & org strategy programs, TISS and Masters Union both have one as per her. I'm not sure if it's a real upgrade considering she's sailing smoothly where she is, and that I think people do such specializations to get into a field.

so ive a lot of hair growth on my face and body.

I've passed out from school this year only.before that i didn't really used to shave/wax because mum didn't allow!

for the first time i got my body hair waxed and my upperlip and eyebrow done on my farewell!

now the thing is that I've very much high growth and my hair tend to rise back soon even after wax and 2 3 times into wax i really hate going for it as it's really really painful and i literally have a sensitive skin so it tends to get red and rashes.

so I wanted to ask that now that imma going to start my college I need to take care of my hygiene so what all do you guys do who have high growth?

like wax or shave?

coz my mum says that shaving is not really good as it tends to skin cuts and prolly for my age waxing issa better option but in order to avoid that pain i hardly go for waxings in 4 months or so until I fully look like a bear because what can I do😭😭😭

also for my private area I cut excessive hair by scissors only...is their any alternative for that too?
