Any Love? North Edge Triton

Any Love? North Edge Triton

I was early to the North Edge Triton.

Looked like a Casio Duro Alternative with better specs.

I have the wrist for it so I got it.

Original band sucked... Took a while to find some that didn't and fit 😂

Eventually, I found some on Temu of all places.

Either way, for my Blue diver, it's been in pools, spas and various holidays. Had no issues and no damage.

Can't complain.

Pagani Design PD- 1752

Pagani Design PD-1752 off the coast of Anglesey.

Claims to have a meteorite dial but it's reminds me more of a frosted car window. So I'm going with Frost Dial.

Am I missing any big ones?

The Mod collection... 1 is only a strap change so far.

Are there any that I'm missing?

u/bigmanwatchfan — 14 days ago

The Fidgit

The Casio AE-1700H-1AVEF

Yeah, the bezel, I know... But it's a decent fidgit toy.

If you look closely, I've already changed the strap. Casio straps are not made for large wrists at all.

What else should I mod? Colour filter suggestions? Anyone done one before?

Kanno on the chain mail

I got a Milanese bracelet for my Orient Bambino.

Noticed more and more that dive watches are being sold with Milanese bracelets... So I found a thick one and put it in my Kanno.

I think it works and is very easy to adjust on the go.

Bambino RA-ACOPO3L via Milan

The chainmail strap arrived today...

I was wondering what it would look like on a number of different watches... I think it belongs on the Bambino.

Agreed?

Hell of a family.

I'm not going to pretend I know the connections between the different brands here. I am aware they come from the same manufacturer and could be considered sister brands...

Anyway, that's not really the point.

The point is how good all of these watches are for the money you pay. There is less than £250 of costs here. Value for money is ridiculous with these.

I'm not here for any of the homage nonsense either.

Addiesdive AD2089

What a beaut. Caught the summer sun yesterday evening and couldn't help myself.

The green chapter ring really separates the darkness of the outer dial and the bezel. Lovely detail.

Steeldive SD1964 off the Welsh coast.

Yes... This is massive. Yes... It's heavy.

It's also beautiful. Shines in the sun and keeps great time.

I can't suggest this watch to many as most people don't carry the wrist for it. I do, just about... And I have a 9inch wrist 😂

Does it go 1000m down?... Who knows, I just know I don't. Takes on a pool and the sea though.

I took my 3 year old to the beach, he's just starting to get into Marvel and he wanted me to wear the "Hulk". Couldn't disappoint the lad could I?

Citizen Peyton Chronograph CA4510-55L

You can't really complain with Citizen.

Fantastic case design on this one. Very nice edges.

I'm enjoying the old school straight edge bracelet look on this, but I don't think the jubilee is the best for it... Any suggestions?

Original bracelet doesn't fit as I have a wrist like most people's thighs 😂

What's on your wrist today?

Cestrian Master Series V3

40mm... Smaller than I'd go for usually, but not my smallest.

I can't complain at all with this piece. Any questions, ask away.

Whats on your wrist today?

The 1 that's started it all.

My first watch of my obsession. The one that started it all. An eBay purchase 😂. The Tissot Chrono XL (Ref. T116.617.37.057.01). Love the bronze case.

Quick Specs:

45mm PVD stainless steel case

Swiss quartz movement (G10.212)

Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal

Matte black dial with oversized numerals

100m water resistance

It's shockingly impressive...

ADDIESDIVE 39mm BB58 GMT Quartz Watch AD2044.

The Lume... It's just immense.

Seconds hands dodges the markers like it owes money... But everything else is just awesome. Ridiculously comfortable too.

Bambi on a jubi

Me and my brother agreed the jubilee gave it and old school grandad look... Which is cool.

Thought I'd see if we were right...

Batman in the Hot Tub

I got this for £20 about a year ago. Second hand, tiny scratch on the glass... One where you really have to look for it and even when you do, it's not easy to find.

Entire point was to get it into water and not care.

I have a hot tub for therapy and my youngest son won't allow me in it without him 😂 so we've been working on his swimming techniques, his numbers and teaching him to tell the time too.

Doesn't matter what the scenario... Cold or hot, this watch deals with it easily and hasn't let me down once.

I have the grey dial too that the wife likes for dates... Which also got worn today.

A watch is a tool, it's the memories you have wearing them that matter... They're timeless.
