Moving... am I doomed?

So I've had severe chronic Psoriasis for years and have been on Humira (biologic) to control it for more than a decade. I live in Texas and it's manageable... not clear by any means... but I don't want to take a long walk off a short pier either.

So I'm planning on relocating to NH (upper valley) soon and I'm looking for anyone who can tell me how your psoriasis reacts to that environment.

Thanks.

Can we get a friendlier c-sheet?

The current character sheet does not account properly add subclasses, does not subdivide spell casting by spell level, does not have any indicator for spell slots, etc.

It is very difficult to run a paladin on the current character sheet.

I also noticed that although I can guide the model through [out of character] instructions, which is how I had it recognize my subclass, it does not update the character sheet accordingly. Because of this, I am left burning a message trying to educate the model on what needs to be accounted for and then trying to manually update the character sheet to match.

I have looked at community character sheets, but almost all of them I've tried show "invalid" on several fields.

I admit that I'm fairly new to the site, so if I'm doing this wrong, an end an in-depth tutorial would be greatly appreciated.

It's long past time...

It's long past time for the courts to recognize the severe mental health impact of dead bedrooms on marriages. Men, or women, we are all impacted, and the courts need to weigh this because too many of us feel trapped.

No spousal support and intimacy should not mean financial devastation, credit destruction, loss of one's children, etc.

Too many of us have to stay because to leave would mean the self-destruction of our own lives. I'm not claiming to have all the answers. There are smarter people than me in the judiciary who need to step up to help figure this out.

Marriage should never be a prison sentence.

MAKE NO MISTAKE... I'm not saying anyone should be forced to engage in intimate activity if they can't or don't want to. I'm just saying that the denied party should not suffer consequences if they decide to leave to pursue a healthier relationship.

Well that's a screw job...

Nothing says we love our customers, like giving your customers practically none of the products for exactly the same price. Look, I'm not necessarily against thins, although I much prefer the original thick cookie.. there are more than enough thin cookie producers out there already.. but if you're going to do this, for God's sake, cut the price by 80%, like you cut the product by 80%.

This is absolutely ridiculous.

Seeking CAD plan re-engineering for NH

Good evening folks. My wife and I have a few sets of residential CAD plans designed for Iowa that we'd like to potentially build in NH (yeah... my wife changed her mind a few times so I've got several 😑). We know that they will need to be evaluated and adapted for NH requirements (snow load, etc.) and we are looking for someone licensed in NH able to do this.

They range in size from ~3,900 sq/ft to ~5,500 sq/ft to give you an idea on the size of the project. I also happen to have a much smaller unit (~1500 sq/ft) needing the same thing that we might be building for our international family to use during visits.

Please DM me if you or your firm can take on and are interested in discussing the project.

How do I handle this?

I need a little help, folks. My 6-year-old reported to me in confidence the other day while we were alone in the car that she missed me taking her to school what I do during the regular school session. During the summer, her mother has been taking her and her siblings to school.

I was a little shocked by this because I figured that she would appreciate more time with her mom. What came next has me increasingly concerned the more I think about it.

She expressed to me that she and her siblings have been asking mom to stop and get them breakfast on the way to school. She also told me that to avoid being bored, they ask their mother to play songs that they like on the radio. Both of these things are entirely normal at 6 snd under.

What's not normal to me is apparently how mom responded. She apparently became angry at the request for breakfast. She complied, however, and stopped to get the children something at the drive-thru. Now, it should be noted that all this is a minor inconvenience. There is not any significant money issue that would prevent us from doing so. What came next has me upset and concerned. Apparently, Mom turned off their songs and started streaming a TV show that she likes on her phone, which was playing through the car audio. When the kids protested, mom screamed at them, stating that if she couldn't have her show, then they couldn't have their breakfast and that she would take away the food and eat it herself.

First off, I think it's highly inappropriate that Mom is distracting herself with a TV show that she likes while attempting to drive our children. Next, I am absolutely beside myself that she would threaten their food security just because she wants to watch "her show." To me that seems beyond the pale.

I'm asking my fellow parents to chime in and give me your thoughts on this. Is this concerning behavior? Am I right to be very upset? How would you handle it?

Thanks.

DAE - how do you Tabasco?

So I was just at Chipotle, and there was a group of people that were clearly there together, but they came in two groups, so I landed smack between them. Well, I got my bowl and kinda moved with the line to grab my drink and Tabasco per my usual. Well, the group in front grabbed the Tabasco and put some on their bowls, put it back, and moved on. I grabbed a bottle (there were 3 available) and moved on. Later, as I was eating, I heard one of the group say "God d***. Fool might as well drink it".

I didn't think it was weird to add some to each bite. It's how my family has always done it. I like the flavor.

Question is... how do you Tabasco? Is per bite weird? Does anybody else do it this way?

Add a protein

Can someone clarify how the add a protein option works because it seems like every restaurant I go to I get a different answer. For example, I went into one store the other day and added tuna to my sandwich and they added Four Scoops for a footlong. Then yesterday I went into a different store and I was told that it was only two scoops for a footlong. What's the real deal?

If it's really just two Scoops that's just a joke. When they spread it out that's not even a discernible amount of tuna. Seems like subway is trying to sell us mildly flavored bread at that kind of skimpy option.
