Am I Doing This Right

Can you tell which half of this but is brushed? I havens it fit around 7 minutes with it's partner, then do far only brushed one half of this nut. Im using the thickest ridge to split it. Can you tell which half I've brushed and which half i haven't? I think I can see the difference but my wife says I'm crazy. Did I be able to tell?

What should I do

Hey guys, I am a total novice when it comes to slingshots. Even more novice than that actually. I once looked uo good beginner slingshots on a whim and never went further. But I now have this slingshot "body" or maybe "frame" I dont know terminology. I have inherited from my father. Is it worth banding amd using somehow or is it better a san heirloom?

The third is either a gift or another pair for either of us. Also how much stem am I supposed to clean out?

Beginner, did I do ok?

Hey guys. Ive been checking this sub out and reading other sources for maybe a month now. And I finally decided to commit and buy walnuts. I read that Buddha bodhi was a legit place to buy from. I got a couple sets for me and my wife and brushes. Did I do ok? Did I buy the right stuff as a beginner or should I have gone a different route?

Does not look like a real skull; the nasal cavity connects to the mouth, the eye socket on the near side looks shaped one way while the far one looks different

There are just sooooo many things off about this skull. Maybe it's an extant species i havent heard of or seen, or maybe its some fossil I dont know about. But to me it screams Ai. But im technologically illiterate, so I have no idea. It is in an ad on reddit itself and is a website claiming to give artists 15% of revenue and most of it to water conservation. Kind of a bummer.....it seems good cause esque? Unless its ripping off artists? Or using tons of ai and keeping a bunch of money.

The Umbilicus

I have a large bag i liked very much that was a gift from my wife. My one problem with it was the total lack of internal organization. So I decided to make something to change that. Meet the Umbilicus. Here is the post I wrote my friend about it.

Im halfway through making what I've decided to call the Umbilicalus. Its a Frankenstein of three different paracords, an 8 and two loops for the head, a neck of four strands cobraed together and the spinal cord of two paracord strands that alternate knots and loops and diamond knot together every thing to maintain cohesion. The big upside to this is you will have a cord with 5 or so easy attachment loops, an easy to grab neck handle etc. I have one tote that olivia got me that is basically a big chalk bag, no internal organization at all. So I am going to use hand tool pouches and carabiners clipped to the Umbilicalus to stay organized and have easy to switch out things

I am not endorsed by Topo or Lowes or Ticonn, these are just the brands visible on the things I use

Oxygen Sensor Problem?

Hey guys, I am having a bit of car issues. I have a 2006 Huyndai Sonata 4 cyl 2.4L. It has just under 100k miles on it.

In January the check engine light came on and when I checked codes it said camshaft too advanced. I bought a new camshaft position sensor and changed it out.

In February it said cylinder 4 misfire and fuel bank 1 trim. I put in new sparkplugs and ignition coils for all cylinders and when that didnt resolve the problem I put in a new fuel injector for c4 only.

No codes for 650 miles. Then the light came on again. This time I took it to a shop. They kept it for 4 days and in that time cleared the code and ran it a little but couldn't get it to code again.

Now it has been about 950 miles since I picked it up from the shop and the check engine light is back on. I can smell it running rich. I checked the codes and it says c4 misfire again and fuel bank trim.

At this point the only things I am thinking are oxygen sensors or wiring for c4. I'm obviously out of my depth so I figured id ask you guys for help/advice. Thanks for the time and any help/ideas you have.

Out of town, now this

Hey guys. I appreciate any help you can give me. My ac condenser was running fine a couple months ago. My wife and I were out of town for a couple weeks and this is the first time we have turned it on since we got back. No noises previously. I think it shows in the video, but its a Lennox until on a two story house. This is outside on the ground, around 80% of the ducts are upstairs. I believe the unit is around 6 or 7 years old. But after we got it installed we had some really rough yearly maintenance sessions that involved workers accidentally cutting wires and using parts off their trucks to "fix" it. Since then, probably the last 5 years or so, I've done a yearly cleaning myself but no outside maintenance at all. And I dont really know what im doing aside from removing debris and cleaning.
