Our Kas Bot (cleaning robot machine) tried to escape.
A customer came in and said that your cleaning machine is at the bus stop. The coach ran out and brought it back in. Even the robots had enough
Is it reasonable to take a bereavement day for death of my dog?
I think my Dog who is almost 17 years old is on his last days, His health has really deteriorated (he isn't in any pain or anything) in the last week to where I think he could pass at any time. I know I am going to be a emotional mess when it does happen as I was very attached to my dog and I will be in no condition to work. Is it reasonable to take a bereavement day from work to grieve? I realize I may have to use PPTO.
Can anyone recommend a good affordable mechanic in the Warwick area that specializes in exhaust systems?
Was told by another mechanic last month that my exhaust system for a 2012 accent would need to be replaced and was quoted a price of 3000 dollars which seems high even with the converter. My car still runs good with a pretty low mileage for its age (104k) other then the exhaust system so I think it is still worth fixing.
Who wants to go see the new Austin Powers movie? Seth Green is gonna be in it.
He had good representation in the previous films
Forgot to turn in a credit card left behind on self checkout am I fucked?
I'm a wreck right now, on Wednesday a customer handed me a credit card that was left behind on the Self Checkout, I normally turn it in to my Team Lead or service desk if its near but my Team Lead was on their meal break so there were no supervisors around and the Service desk is too far away, so I held on to it until my team lead returned. My hands were getting full from picking up drops, opening lock boxes and running around so I put it in my pocket and I forgot about it. I'm doing my laundry this evening and realized it was still in my pocket. I'm going to turn it in tomorrow am I still fucked even though I turned it in? Google says I'm gonna be fired
My state passed new self checkout restrictions. Now lines are gonna be worse.
Can only have 3 self checkout lanes open for every manned register open from 8am to 8pm every day. Lately we've been struggling to have just two manned registers opened.

theonion.comWas I in the wrong or was the AP Coach overreacting?
Here's what happened, on Saturday night it was closing time at self checkout 11:10 comes and it looks like all the customers have left so I collect the check in slips and close down all but 1 or 2 machines ( which is normal for any associates that want to purchase anything for a short time). I give the check in slips to my team lead, then I take my cart full of drops to sort at the service desk. I also wipe down the registers but I already finished that. I finish that and bring the cart back to the self checkout area where I see that there is a customer ringing out there they must have come up at about 11:15. Also the AP Coach was there and started flipping out on me for leaving the self checkout area. Shes like you cant leave the self checkout area when there are customers still in the store. I was like it was 11:10 it looked like all the customers were out and the coast was clear so I was doing what I normally am supposed to do after the last customer is out". Shes like it doesn't matter you cant leave the self checkout area when there are still customers in the store. I'm like it is 11:20 now we have been closed for 20 minutes, how was I supposed to know at 11:10 that there was still a customer roaming the store? My team lead and one of my other fellow cashiers seemed to think she overreacted. Was I in the wrong?
Has Walmart Pay been down for everyone else all night tonight? It was down on Monday too
This is annoying for both customers and associates
