I don't think it has been revealed yet, and Huwawa herself really intrigues me as a Servant, so I want to know what could be a Noble Phantasm for her. I'd talk about what I think it could be, but I haven't read the Epic of Gilgamesh so I have no idea what it could possibly be.
I'm not an expert on the characters so I might have gotten some of the characterization wrong or just exaggerated it for comedy purposes.

For those wondering on Loser Ranger scaling, mid tiers can scale to the building to probably city block levels and hypersonic speeds if you're generous, while high tiers get to the town to city levels with massively hypersonic+ speeds. At least for now.
