Hey guys.... Question. 😬

I'm taking Physics C my senior year (so in like 2 weeks), and I did good in Physics 1 last year. I didn't take the test, sadly, but I regret not because I think I would've done pretty well.

I understand physics as a science and I'd say it genuinely interests me a lot. The only thing that ever really "got in my way" during Physics 1, was the math - which I know sounds absurd because the math doesn't typically exceed Algebra 2, don't you judge me! I'm not absolutely terrible at math, and actually my experience in Algebra 2 wasn't bad, if anything I was probably one of the best in the class - but I have dyscalculia, so math I wouldn't say comes intuitively to me.

With that said, if I do have the Physics itself locked down and don't see any huge issues with picking up all the new physics (mainly e&m since mech is basically the same) pretty well, but I don't have any calc experience (and no, I'm also not taking a calc class alongside physics C), am I fried? Be honest, I can take it. Tips for someone in my specific situation are also appreciated. 🫣

I feel like every time you hear any advice surrounding accutane, it's always the same fish oil, antihistamine, fatty meal, ect., and while YES - do those things too if you'd like, there is good reason to suggest they are pretty effective supplements to aide symptoms - BUT I don't think we put nearly ENOUGH emphasis on the importance of your water intake!

I'm aware this isn't an insane revelation; your doctor and most people online will suggest staying hydrated, but I think it's one of those things that's vastly easier said than done for most. And, from someone who is currently on accutane and not taking any supplements, I can confidently say water intake has been everything for me. I drink about 60-70 oz of water daily personally, and feel no need to introduce supplements at this point.

There were 2 days I slacked on my water, and my low back pain was noticeably worse, and my lips were noticeably dryer and bleeding/peeling. So the TLDR here is supplements are amazing, absolutely utilize them if you'd like - but don't neglect that water! 👍

*Note: I totally recognize this is my own personal experience, this is just an anecdote, water alone isn't going to save everyone from having a rough time on accutane. But, I'd be willing to bet many would greatly benefit from it.

Hello! I recently began taking Vyvanse to treat my binge ED as well as my ADHD.

I have been lifting and eating a high protein diet for about 5 years now, but my old high protein high volume meals are sadly not working for me anymore as I simply no longer have the appetite to finish them, and I'm starting to seriously skimp on my protein.

So, I was wondering if you guys have any meals that are high in protein but relatively low in volume. If you feel hungry and not satisfied after eating this meal, then I want it. Thanks 👌

I recently (last 6-ish months) began medicated treatment for my ADHD. With my ADHD specifically, I mostly struggle with hyperactivity, lack of motivation/desire, and some areas of inattentiveness. But, most notably, my ADHD specifically has led me to develop a pretty bad binge ED, that in reality I've struggled with really since I was a very young child, but that has become significantly worse in recent years.

I currently am on Adderall, and honestly it's fine, but it's really only helpful for my ADHD specifically in a vaccum. It hasn't been super helpful for my binge ED. I am pretty sure I'm going to move to Vyvanse soon.

So with that, I am very curious if there specifically are any people here who are on Vyvanse for ADHD AND binge ED. There are a lot of people who are on Vyvanse for 1 of those 2 reasons, but not too many who are on it for both.

I'm curious to know exactly how helpful it's been, if you paired it with other treatments, and also if you have experienced tolerance issues. I do have worries that in the long term Vyvanse will lose its hit, and sadly there are not a lot of long term studies on Vyvanse for binge ED, so input is appreciated. Thanks in advance 👍.
